Well, Saturday evening and we didn't get any donations yesterday or today. We're still a long way from our goal, and we can't do it without you. So, instead of buying one of those cute little drinks you like to drink at the club tonight, why not put that money towards a goal that will affect the lives of countless people.
We really want to make a great movie. We really hate having to come to you to help us make that movie, but it is what it is. Even Hollywood producers jump on indiegogo to get funds, but what I have never understood is how these millionaires get people to donate almost instantaneously. And they always make their goals. Yet indie film producers like myself always have one hell of a time just reaching the bare minimum of what we need to make a good movie. Let's break that cycle.
Instead of giving your money to millionaires, who honestly don't need it, how about giving it to some broke ass filmmakers just trying to do a really good film.
