Announcement: We're no longer going to be releasing full podcasts every week, as the demand is too low (zero) and the amount of new listeners we're gaining every month (also zero) just isn't enough to merit the amount of work required in order to keep up with our current schedule.

As well as this, we'll now be entering a transitional period where we try to figure out what direction we want to take the show in future. We don't get enough feedback to know for sure, so at the moment we're assuming the podcast just isn't entertaining enough, and the animations we do around it may be mildly humorous, but are overall still not very funny.

We are also aware that we still have amazingly supportive, paying Patrons - and so the monthly Patreon Exclusive content will continue to be released until we no longer have any Patrons remaining. The only content affected by this announcement will be our free content. Saying that, however, please do not feel obligated to keep subscribing to the Patreon if you do not feel the benefits are worth it. We thank you for the support you've given until now - you're the best, and it's meant the world to us - but we want to make it clear that there is absolutely no pressure to continue supporting a show that doesn't even know where it's going right now.

So, what happens next? Well, the brand of "Don't Shush Me" will remain the same, but we want to re-format the podcast itself and bring it a more professional and hopefully more entertaining structure. We do not yet know how long this will take, but when it's ready, we'll class it as a brand new season of Don't Shush Me. As of right now, Season 1 is finished.

We're also going to explore some ideas for content across different genres. Throughout the course of the show, we've played with the idea of doing various spin-off series, and perhaps now will be the best time to test these ideas out.

In the mean-time, we hope you'll continue to check-in and keep an eye on the updates we post while we're discovering what the hell we're gonna do next!
