Like, I got my mom to take a selfie and both me and my youngest son photo bombed it.

After, 3 days of hating myself for not making it to the gym..I made it..

I found the box with my colored light bulbs. So now I got my vibes back.

Also, I finally finished editing a full video again. The weather was weather.

It sux that my laptop battery has to stay plugged in. Otherwise, it dies right away. Well, not really. It's charged, but it turns off in about 5 minutes.

Either way, I'm glad I'm done with one. I'm waiting for it to render, and then I can upload it.

Movies have always been part of my self care regimen. Even if it's going alone, it's still an escape into whatever is on the big screen.
I got to watch .. I never heard so much chewing and breathing in movie theater go on so much before. Lol
It was a pretty good movie..
Oh yeah, and I also picked up a burrito, which was really good, as well.

It was my first time having chicken tenders... and this was mouth-watering. I was shocked how good they were.

Added more pieces to my home decor vibe. Which caused me to move things around..

I heard this theory that tattoos hide your muscle definition and make your muscles look smaller...
When I came across that, I felt, that's gotta be it and why my right arm always looked smaller.

Anyway, I've always measured my tattooed arm because it's easier.

But I've always felt like my other arm is bigger.. so I finally managed to measure it last night...
My left arm is a whole inch bigger.. wtf! 🤯

I don't know how that's possible. But Damn

As I reflect on my progress..
It's been a slow one, but I had to..

Discipline yourself to do the things you need to do when you need to do them, and the day will come when you will be able to do the things you want to do when you want to do them!

45 years old,.. man..
It's gotta work out for this hopeless romantic.

I have a lot more work to do, and that's what I am going to do because it's the thing to do.

I'm truly grateful that I was motivated to make this move. It's refreshing for all of us.

Anywhere, I got out of the house, did some shopping for the house.

Got back home and changed.. almost caught a badass sunset photo..

Had a great workout on my upper chest and rear delts.
