Alright, let me put my two pennies in! This one’s for all the Champion Dancers and Singers in the powwow world. No, I’m not getting on my high horse and start preaching. This is just food for thought and if you feel like commenting so be it. No harm no foul...

I can now say I've been in the arena for some time now!! LMAO never thought I would be able to say that!! I've danced to some great, epic drums all over Turtle Island, like Greyhorse, Cozad, Yellow Spotted Horse, Stoney Park, Midnight Express and so many other legendary drums, and believe me I have danced to some wicked songs.

I understand it has always been a battle between singer and dancer, and there is a rhythm with each song. I am no singer or song maker, but I can respect the craft. To make such songs like “trick” songs it must congeal, and the rhythm and tempo all feel natural. My point is this, when is it enough stops in a particle verse?

With every intention there is a motive, so what is the motive for having so many stops in one verse? Is it made to be challenging or is it just for the crowd amusement. I am not hating, this one kinda been on my mind, what are your thoughts peeps?
