It was established in 2006 to answer a need in Nigeria’s musical spectrum: to create an artist-friendly home for all genre of music especially Naija Dance-Hall, Folk, Gospel, Highlife, Afro, and Roots music. Dili Ogbuenyi, a talented singer, composer, songwriter, producer, and music director invested his experience and resources, and established the Company with these goals as its mandate:

To present all the diverse styles of music under the Folk and Roots umbrella: Celtic, Blues, Gospel, Singer/songwriters, Political/Topical, Traditional, Bluegrass, World, etc. Skull Entertainment is the Nigeria’s big name in event planning and management. We are the first outfit to plan and execute a state Local Government Cultural Festival in Nigeria, drawing over 50,000 guests and tourists. We are 50% the organizers of the greatest music concert in Niger Delta ‘Climax Night’. Skull Entertainment owns and operates the largest music recording facility in the South East region of Nigeria. Skull Studios is a world class recording studio facility located within Woji neighborhood, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Since its inception in 2006, the facility has hosted many of the music industry's top artistes. The studio brings together modern and vintage gear, state-of-the-art design and uncompromising client service for an unequaled recording experience. Our full time, onsite technical staff is always available to provide the most demanding technical assistance required. As a very busy studio, we have incorporated a free internet access for you with very soft tunes diffusing into your Skull while you wait for your turn. Skull Studios was designed and built by Valec Technologies Limited. The Nigeria's leading Company in innovation in the areas of electrical, electronics, acoustics, audio systems, and technical designs gave the studio a world class standard touch of expertise. To wrap it all up, they installed their highly demanded Automatic Power Control System in the facility making it impossible for any form of power interruption and voltage fluctuation to be experienced while your session is in progress.
