I've been trying to figure out this whole streaming thing. Come to find out, there are age limits on most of these sites. I wasn't planning on letting Wyatt stream alone, so I'm not too worried about the age restriction. Everything is in my name anyways. But it's been tricky to get the technical parts of the stream correct so that everything doesn't start lagging and glitching out. But through much trial and error, I think I've gotten it down. The other consideration is keeping things private. Jess and I don't want a bunch of randoms checking out the stream. This is a problem with Twitch. I don't think I can make it private. But I can on Discord. And Facebook. And I think I can on Youtube. But bottom line, we should have things up and running by this weekend.

Lately Wyatt has been watching a bunch of gamers on Youtube play Minecraft. He loves getting ideas from the gamers. I told him that I could make a channel for him to stream just like the big kids. In setting things up (which was harder than I thought), I learned that the site Twitch, which was the original destination of the channel, didn't allow kids under 13 to stream. So I figured I would create a page for him to stream on. This was I'm able to control who gets to see it (only family and the closest of friends) and I can make it as informal as I'd like. No one has to actually watch it, but Wyatt still gets to stream. But if you do decide to tune in, you can interact with me and Wyatt while he plays Minecraft.
