my name is Juan Pablo Garcia, I'm CEO and owner of Team Quetzal, one of the first esports organizations in Mexico that still keeps going since 2011. I introduced in esports scene since 2007 of being one of the first professional players in Mexico, I played Championship Gaming Series with the franchise Furia Ciudad de Mexico. Due to my experience in both sides of esports, I've been participating in

tournament organization, national and international. The most recent I've been part is The World Championship CS:GO as Mexico Manager. Back in 2011 there wasn't such diffusion about esports as now and that was one of the purposes of starting Team Quetzal: open doors and create professional players. Quetzal started because of the experience I had from CGS as professional player, accomplish goals and achieve the dream in 2007 changed my life entirely. Also I graduated from Gastronomy and I've learned a lot of things at my time in this world.
