🔹 Eccentric and isometric lifting focus to fine-tune motor control
🔹 Accessory goblet squats to cement control and posture
🔹 Conditioning pieces involving carries, sledwork and sprints (training "dad-life" chasing/carrying around his young children)
Here's an easy 5 rep goblet squat with a 100# DB at a bodyweight of 163#.
