This video was shot by an 8-year-old girl (neigbour). Elderly woman is the wife of former freedom fighter. The incident took place in Niwaz Nagar (Village in Haryana).

Chandigarh: In a shameful incident, a woman allegedly brutally manhandled her mother-in-law at their house in Mahendragarh district of Haryana.
The woman has now been arrested after the video of the incident went viral on social media.
The arrest of the woman comes three days after the video of the beating went viral. The accused has been identified as Kanta Devi, a resident of Niwaznagar village.
The woman has been remanded to judicial custody.In the video, the accused could be seen pulling the hair of the victim identified as Chand Bai, a widow.
The clip of the incident went viral after a neighbour shot the video of the woman beating her mother-in-law.
The accused Kanta Devi was absconding since the video went viral. She was arrested from New Delhi.
According to a report in Times of India, the woman considered her mother-in-law a burden and was forcing her to give them the pension the victim received.
The victim's husband was a sub-inspector in Border Security Force (BSF). But a Twitter user also claimed that the lady was a former soldier in the Indian National Army (INA) who gets Rs 30,000 as a government pension.
Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has condemned the incident saying such behaviour should not be tolerated in a civilised society."
The accused could not take care of the old woman and considered her to be a burden. That is why she assaulted her," an India Today report quoted Narnaul Superintendent of Police Chander Mohan.
The accused has been charged with section 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC.
