OH MY COW! This pairing is too good.
We Are Busy Bodies is very pleased to announce Good Cop, Bad Cop by sivarT and Drew Smith. The album is two EPs combined into a single album with each artist on their own side. We’ve known each artist for many years and have been able to watch them grow as songwriters.
Travis or sivarT performed in The Elwins for many years, keeping the beat and songs together as their drummer. He’s also self- released a number of EPs and an album full of catchy pop leaning songs.
Drew we met in the early 2000s as a member of twee/bubblegum pop group, The Bicycles. Having seen and booked the band for more shows than we can actually recall, we’re excited to work together in a different capacity. Drew released an EP on in 2021 that is equally fantastic and separate songs on the same label under the name of Bunny.
The first run of LPs are limited edition. They’ve been hand cut by Robyn at Red Spade Records as picture discs. Each incorporates maps from the 1930s-2000s and is one of a kind.
