“Are you ok?”

It’s a question we ask each other a lot: If your friend is going through a breakup, lost a loved one, or is just generally having a tough time. But in the days since the 2016 presidential election, it seems like a question we’re asking each other with increased regularity, with the underlying expectation that the answer is “No, how could I be?”

With so much of what we’ve fought for

now under attack (the environment, immigrants’ rights, women’s rights, and our national security – the list is almost endless) it can be hard to carve out a space to fight back while also maintaining your sanity. podcast, hosted by Rasheda Crockett, Ilana Michelle Rubin, and Lana Schwartz, we’re finding out what some of the most engaged people we know are doing to take care of the world, while also taking care of themselves.
