1. I write EVERYTHING down. This does not manage it but it gives me a starting point if I'm trying to remember something and my memory is failing me... "I know I wrote this down somewhere..."

2. Routines. Except, nothing ever becomes a habit for me so I need to have a routine printed out and put somewhere for me to see - this is the only way for me to ever stick to a routine.

3. Make a to-list... It works better when I follow it, obviously, but just making it helps me put my day into focus as well. Actually following it doesn't always happen but when it does, man, I feel on top of the world. 💪

The whole world has become a noise enviroment to me...! 🙉

Trying to keep it short here, otherwise this is going to turn into a complete book instead of a 3-item list but please do make use of the comment space to elaborate!

1. The constant battle between what *I* want to do vs what my *Brain* wants to do.
2. That I may not 'look' neurodivergent on the outside and it might 'seem' like I've got my stuff together but you have no idea what's going on in the inside of my head and how difficult it is for me to maintain!
3. That yes, even though most NT's struggle with the same things now and then, it's the frequency and intensity of the struggles that differs a hell of a lot more than most people might ever be able to grasp.

As if my mind doesn't distract itself enough on it's own, external disctractions are even worse! 😖

2. Crafting (one of the only things that calms me down and makes it less busy in my brain).

Instead of trying to focus for long periods, break tasks into shorter, more manageable time blocks. Timeboxing for productivity!
