Hello Naka-ma! We have an update regarding our cosplay guest lineup for 2024. Teca Cosplay will be unable to join us for the show this year due to an unforeseeable conflict. We hope to see her at a future event. We will announce a new mainstage judge soon!

Happy Spring, Nakama!

Naka-Kon is less than two months away, and we’re excited to see you very soon! Today, we are giving you an update on our COVID/Mask policy for Naka-Kon 2023

We have decided that based on recent COVID, flu, & RSV rates, trends with other convention policies, and discussions with our convention site, we will now strongly recommend for people to wear masks at the convention. Panelists and guests may still require masking in certain panels, events, or other interactions. We will continue to no longer require proof of vaccination or a negative test.

Inari-kun encourages everyone to take care of yourself and to not attend Naka-Kon if you are feeling sick or had an exposure with someone who was sick. This policy may change going forward depending on the overall health concerns or future recommendations from the CDC, FDA, or other health authorities closer to Kon.

We can't wait to Naruto run with everyone in October because our next guest at PLANET ANIME KC is Maile Flanagan the voice of the legendary Naruto Uzumaki from the show and its spinoff Boruto.

Maile has also voiced animated characters in Harriett the Spy, Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks, Pig Goat Banana Cricket, Ice Age 3, Rango and Adult Swim's latest animated series Royal Crackers.
You might also know Maile from her on screen roles in on Shameless, Modern Family, The Mindy Project, Last Man Standing, Evan Almighty, and 500 Days of Summer.
