1. The Opening Drive - this segment opens the show and updates you on the stories making news in Grant County sports the past week.
2. Interview Spotlight - Each week Tim talks to a coaches or sports personality from the Grant County area and the spotlight falls on them.
3. Final Countdown - This segment concludes the show and focuses on the top 4-5 sports stories making national news with a small twist of Grant County stuff as well. This segment is co-hosted with WIWU-FM News Director Jeremy Sharp.
