“Every single room or space has one unique concept keeping on client's aspect into consideration. Parents and Master bedroom had its personal den area where both designed are completely different and unique in their own way. The daughter's bedroom had a pink chic color mood board. Ending to a bright son’s bedroom which turned out to be the most beautiful one.” says principal architects Hussain Rangwala and Rohit Gojia.

“Among the endless movement of millions of people and cars, you often want to get in touch with nature. Here is an oasis in the midst of a raging stream. The concept of the cafe, developed by ReutovDesign studio, combines a creative interpretation of modern design and natural style.

A bright, colorful implementation, where bamboo sprouts break through the gray concrete-like stalks. An unusual atmosphere, inside which the designer decided to leave the old concrete walls of the old building and highlight objects, tables, chairs, ventilation, glass panels in green tones against the background of a rough texture. With the help of modern glass and metal materials, we convey how natural style and modern architecture can coexist in tandem. The rich green color of nature evokes harmony in the soul and will not leave you indifferent.

We have created a room in which it will be comfortable not only to relax but also to work. Escape from the general bustle, enjoy delicious coffee and pleasant music.

The creator wants to emphasize that when we get into nature, we come to our senses, our thoughts relax and concentrate in the right direction, in the direction of creativity, success, reaching the top, and self-confidence.” - Reutov Design

Architect Peter Wimmesberger, from , brings us this marvel and says “with our latest residental building we propose new ways of living that react to changed values of conscious lifestyles. The different apartment sizing is going from 60m² up to 120m² for the penthouses. Each flat comes with a huge terrasse and a real planting area in every floor, the penthouses are directly connected to a roof garden. The building forces the idea to give people a real alternative solution to single housing, which is one of the biggest problems in terms of land resources”

'Baba Marble' by highlights luxury, aesthetics and optimization.

On the ground floor, they have Italian marble stock on exhibit because they built a framework that can resist the weight of marble. Half of the third floor is used for marble articles, while the other half is used as a terrace space for the display of marble articles and a solar roof, meeting the needs of the entire structure, along with the basement that also showcases the Indian Marble along with the parking area.

They wanted to promote Indian materials at their finest with various applications and finishes because the owner has been dealing with Indian stones for years. Additionally, the stone is being used to increase the beauty of the store and application techniques that are being tried out in a novel way on the front screen, which is dynamic and fulfils numerous technical requirements.

The main façade faces north, allowing experimentation with glass openings covered with kinetic stone screens that produce a variety of textures formed by the wind. Each stone's cutting pattern is painstakingly determined, ranging from larger holes at the lower level to smaller holes at the top level. A circular design is constructed using two different materials: textured Agra Stone and Burnt Black Granite. From the first level onwards, the building's side façade is clad with plain and textural red Agra stone strips, creating a volumetric stone block that appears to float on the terrace garden. According to the floor, a new characteristic is being generated.

The Stacked House by reimagines the archetype of poorly-lit row houses.

Daylight, ventilation, interconnectedness, and privacy inform the design of this house by Studio Lotus in a dense part of the Panchsheel Enclave neighbourhood in New Delhi.

Sited on a small one-side-open plot of 200 sq m area, Studio Lotus has designed this house as two interconnected duplex apartments for an extended family of six; the client, his wife, and two children in one apartment, and his elderly parents in the second apartment.

Heli-stage, located in Shaoxing, China, serves as the symbolic core of the CTC (China Textile Center). The design idea incorporates a spiral structure, blurring the border between levels and integrating the outside and internal spaces, providing a continuous display area.

Due to the blurring effect of the floors, one will pass through both interior and outdoor landscape through the access stairway without being aware of the shift. Also, a geometric web merges onto a helical surface to generate the aesthetic effect.

' design proposal for Phase II of Beijing’s International Exhibition Center aims to extend the connectivity between multiple facilities of the center. The design concept provided three different pathways to boost the circulation of people, goods, and vehicles.

Inspired by traditional Chinese architecture, the building's roof insulates the interior space while providing optimal sound absorption. Additionally, it offers a variety of environmentally friendly features, including solar panels for renewable energy, a smart building management system for ventilation, rainwater collecting, and greywater recycling.

BAMBOO TREEHOUSE VILLAGE, Mexico. Atelier Nomadic, the design studio at Nomadic Resorts, has designed a series of bamboo treehouses at Playa Viva, an environmentally conscious resort dedicated to sustainability and regenerative practices. The positive impact is integral to the Playa Viva experience, which is run entirely off-grid and generates 100% of its energy from solar power. The resort works extensively with the local community to support health and education and works year-round to restore and revitalize the surrounding land. The resort is the founding member of the Regenerative Travel organization and founded and supports the La Tortuga Viva turtle sanctuary. The resort's latest extension includes 6 bamboo treehouses inspired by the flattened, prismatic bodies of the Mobula Rays that migrate past the property's shore. Scattered along the Mexican coastline, the treehouses are perched on coconut palms overlooking the surf. Each treehouse is composed of a master bedroom at the front and an annex treehouse at the rear that contains the bathroom downstairs and a second bedroom/lounge upstairs. The treehouses are developed using bioclimatic design principles to suit the natural environment: the large eaves of the roof act like a big umbrella, providing shade for the strong heat of the sun and protection from heavy rains. The façade louvers allow for natural cross ventilation. The structures are mostly built from local bamboo, one of the fastest-growing renewable building materials in the world, and showcase the wide variety in which this versatile material can be used. Strong Guadua bamboo poles were used for the main structure and roof structure, section strips were used in the façade louvers, and flattened bamboo panels form the ceiling. Phyllostachys Aurea bamboo poles and dowels were used for the wall and façade panels in the annex building. Flooring is made of sustainably grown local Cumaru timber. From @ Atelier Nomadic

This Vadodara home by K.N. Associates .associates is a simple clean structure that showcases a mixed use of exposed brick and RCC. While the structure is contemporary and modern, the home is a reflection of the owner’s values, traditions and roots. The idea for the design was to create an amalgamation of past, present and future that could be suitable for all generations. The house also showcases reuse of materials - wooden columns, arches and brackets salvaged from old structures have been used strategically used in different parts of the house that subtly bring in a classical element. The interiors are understated with bursts of colours that create a vibrant ambience. Through a series of courtyards and large windows, natural light seeps in at all points of time and creates an interesting play of light and shadows.

The , which opened yesterday near the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, is carving out a vision for tomorrow’s ideals of wellness, environmentalism, technology, and travel.

The brainchild of the , the museum will feature programming focused on the next frontier of space travel, climate change, wellness, and spirituality, with a focus on emergent technologies and immersive experiences. Three floors, for example, will resemble a film set that visitors can freely explore and inhabit; one digitally recreates the Amazon rainforest while another tasks children to solve problems to become “future heroes.”

On-theme, local firm delivered a building that appears straight out of a science fiction movie. The torus-shaped structure, which clocks in at 250 feet tall, features a giant void in the middle and is emblazoned with windows that take the form of inspirational quotes about the future by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Arabic calligraphy. (“We may not live for hundreds of years, but the products of our creativity can leave a legacy long after we’re gone,” reads one.) Thanks to the structure’s distinctive shape and engineering expertise from British firm , its soaring, light-filled interiors are completely column-free.

Even in a city whose identity is synonymous with futuristic attractions—man-made islands in the shape of palm trees, gleaming architectural marvels like Burj Khalifa and The Opus—this newcomer is a remarkable achievement.

The theme of the arch and the curved wall is repeated inside the building in various forms, including the sculptural staircase in the courtyard, from where the bride throws her bouquet. The arches forming both the exterior wall of the main hall and the cloistered structure overlap each other, again creating a feeling of movement. The curves are scaled down in the cornice of the arch-shaped skylights in the ceiling of the main hall and this cornicing element is re-appropriated as the finish to the wall behind the stage. Curved walls and cut-outs, along with soft curtains, create a memorable, sensual space, which is indicated in the building’s name, Aube, meaning ‘hug’.

What do you think about this landscape ? 😍
Navana Nature Escape 🌿

This public space has a concept of a house’s front yard. It is also a space for the second phase development area. The 2 story-reception building awaits there in the front, as an open gate, to welcome all guests.

The winding bridge over the monsoon inspired pond leads to a 360 degree open-view restaurant. This main restaurant resides by the beautiful beach and a big ancient Bodhi tree, which has been there for more than 100 years.

The hotel blends itself into the nature with the free from main pool, the winding pathways along shrubs and trees all over the project.

Adding the brown and indigo tone, the ropes and wood materials in the architecture and the interior design, one can rest and relax in this peaceful hotel with the harmony of nature.

Haoxiang Lake Park, Shenzhen China. This project started in 2019. Haoxiang Lake and the surrounding watershed jointly carried out ecological management, which greatly improved the overall water quality. Through the opportunity of urban renewal, the space surrounding the lake is re-positioned and planed as an open waterfront park. It cites flexible regeneration methods to bring positive environmental impacts, and solve the growing community residents’ demands for the use of open space, and the social problems brought about by the rapid development of the city. An 850-meter pedestrian loop reconnects the four riverside spaces, and collides with the site in different areas to create landscape anchor points, such as the Rainbow Bridge, the Sluice Overlook, and the Flora Trellis Café. The design of Flora Trellis Café collaborate with LAAB Architects, using parametric rhombus roof and curtain wall. Cafe and toilets are arranged on both sides of the station, and the open space in the middle is connected with the park, which is a popular leisure place for citizens. The design of Rainbow Bridge collaborate with SBP, using a total length of 238 meters of curved steel box girder structure, with a maximum span of 77 meters. In order to minimize the impact on the river and the environment, a rainbow bridge across the river was born, becoming the best viewing spot for overlooking the park and surrounding cities. In addition to low-impact environmental facilities such as constructed wetlands and stranded lawns, a more flexible waterfront can also attract citizens to experience and recognize nature, and to understand the protection of the water environment.
