BREAKING NEWS: Four people are dead and at least nine are injured after a car crashed into a Deer Park nail salon on Friday, according to Suffolk fire officials.

Suffolk fire officials say the call came in around 4:30 p.m. for 796 Grand Ave., which is the location for Hawaii Nail & Spa.

Jumped off the plane from Los Angeles and dived right into our Primary Vote coverage so didn’t get the chance to share some snaps of IRE 2024 !! Spent four days learning, cramming and picking up new tricks of the investigative journalism craft with about 1500 of the world’s greatest storytellers. There is no other experience I find more humbling and inspiring than attending this conference !! Every year I am reminded how I still have SOOOO much more to learn and how truly blessed I am to lug around this News 12 microphone 🎤 here’s to another year of digging on your concerns/stories/problems ❤️

‘I ran for District Attorney because, after almost two decades in the Westchester DA’s office, I had the experience to run the office, reform it, and keep families safe. Throughout this campaign, I have had the incredible opportunity to visit every corner of our county, meeting people, leaders, and activists who care deeply about our communities' futures. I am deeply grateful for the support and encouragement from every neighborhood and community in Westchester.

The District Attorney’s office is a vital piece of that future, and whoever holds the office must be someone who holds our Democratic values - and always has. That is why, after much reflection and many conversations, I have decided to stop campaigning and back William Wagstaff for District Attorney. I have gotten to know William throughout this race, and he is kind, generous, thoughtful, and reform-minded.
