This June, as we celebrate Men’s Mental Health Month and heighten awareness about the dangers of fentanyl, it's crucial to focus on the strength and potential within every man. Life’s challenges can be daunting, whether they're mental health struggles or the perils of substances like fentanyl. Recognizing these battles is the first step toward triumph.

At Arizen Soccer Academy in Kenya 🇰🇪, we witness daily the power of teamwork, resilience, and dedication. Each player on the field learns the value of persistence, support, and facing obstacles head-on. These are the same qualities we need in addressing mental health and substance awareness.

Fentanyl is a potent and dangerous substance, but understanding its risks and staying informed can protect you and those around you. Seeking help and support isn’t a sign of weakness; it's a testament to your courage and commitment to a brighter future. Lean on your community, just as players lean on their teammates, and remember that it’s okay to ask for help.

This month, let’s honor the spirit of Arizen Soccer Academy by fostering a culture of strength, awareness, and mutual support. Embrace your mental well-being, stand strong against the challenges, and know that every step toward seeking help is a victory. Together, we can overcome the stigma, raise awareness about fentanyl, and build a healthier, safer world for all.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month & Fentanyl Awareness Campaign at Arizen Soccer Academy/C.B.O

This June, Arizen Soccer Academy/C.B.O is dedicated to raising awareness about the mental health challenges that men face and the dangers of fentanyl.

It’s crucial to remember that being a man does not mean you have to be strong all the time.

It’s perfectly okay to need help and to open up about your emotions.

Breaking the Stigma

Society often pressures men to suppress their feelings and endure hardships in silence, but this can lead to severe mental health issues and, often, addiction.

The rise of fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid, has made this issue even more urgent.

Fentanyl addiction can develop quickly and is often fatal.

Acknowledging your struggles and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Ways to Seek Help

- Talk to a Friend:

Sharing your feelings with someone you trust can be a huge relief.
- See a Therapist:

Professional help can provide you with the tools to manage your mental health.

- Join a Support Group:

Connecting with others who are facing similar challenges can provide comfort and advice.

Join Us in Mentoring Young Boys

This June, let’s break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl. It’s okay not to be okay. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Together, we can create a world where every man feels empowered to express his emotions and seek the help he deserves.

If you would like to join us in mentoring young boys and teaching them healthy ways to deal with their emotions, and not turn to drugs and alcohol to cope, please reach out.
