After such a rousing Field Trip, I'm gonna take things down a notch with a solo show on Sunday. It's the beginning of my birthday week, so I'm gonna delve into my personal favorite tunes for the full three hour show. I'll probably do more of these solo shows this year, to offset the full guest streams of Field Trip. Tune in at 8pm Sunday and celebrate with me!

Sunday night marked the first Field Trip monthly at Zuzu. I've been excited and anxious to bring the stream out to a live audience in addition to the twitch crew, and I'm happy with how the first night ran! Having as the first guests made me feel so much more at ease, and thank you to for tech help and for the great visuals. PLUS, the two of them and played great sets. Much love to everyone who came out to Zuzu for this launch night! Next month we'll have rotations from our three Trip Monitors, and myself.

Running sound for Select monthly has given me firsthand view of such great local talent, and this month was no different.

lit up a packed room at Zuzu with a genre-less crash course in how to keep a dancefloor moving. offered up a heavy helping of deep dub and 140 biz on direct support after .rumble and set the opening stage with a blend of UKG, dubstep, bacchata, baile, and more. delivered superb visual accompaniment from his workstation at the back as the room was pumping.

Next month I'll be stepping away from the sound board to play tunes around with .underground and I'll be starting with some footwork/juke/160 and seeing where we go from there.

returned to elements after many years and a moniker change, bringing a stick full of dubs and personal productions to treat the crowd that braved the cold. New England's came correct on direct support with many of her own tunes, highlighting just a couple facets of the US DnB/jungle production scene. Resident Furious opened up the night with some smooth liquid to warm our souls, before Mizeyesis' deep, techy jungle set that got us all grimy. Lo! took us on a journey from light to heavy with just the groove to keep us moving when Bvbblvs ( ) didn't have us entranced by the visuals.

This week the calendar turns over and celebrates the 26th Anniversary at and kicks off year 27 of what might be the longest running single venue DnB weekly in the world! It's time to take a FIELD TRIP!

Sunday, Jan 26 the Playground starts a monthly Field Trip to with a HYBRID LIVE/LIVESTREAM format to keep on providing beats for the streaming fam that have been so supportive the last four years, but bring the vibes to the club to get more of y'all in on the fun!

The show will be livestreamed on Twitch from 9-11pm, but runs past midnight in person. NO COVER, so come join us in person to get the full show experience!

Last Thursday, returned to elements for a headline set and brought Dope on Plastic ( ) for a night filled with jungle, vinyl, and a pocket operator. Lenore opened the night with stellar cuts on digital and vinyl while waxed poetically with Twin Peaks and other visual cues on the screens. Dope on Plastic brought the amens and choppage to their set, keeping a bounce on the dancefloor. Dev/Null kept the drums pumping with his set mixed on cdjs, 1200s, and his pocket operator.

January is setting up to be a huge month on Mr. EyesLee's Playground! Here's the month's schedule so you can mark your calendars, as the start times fluctuate a bit from week to week. Thank you all for supporting the Playground and helping it continue to grow.

This Sunday I'll be on from 8-10pm EST, joining the Mass Transit Raid Train for their first train of the year. The raid kicks off at 10am, so spend your Sunday in tune with DJs from across New England, streaming direct to you!

Sunday, Jan 12 - 7-11pm EST - the Playground turns 4! So we're gonna run a 4 hour show with 4 killer selectahs. , KB Noiz ( ), and .dnb are coming in locked and loaded as we celebrate four years of weekly streams.

Sunday, Jan 19 - 8-11pm EST - joins me back in the studio for a trip through drum and bass. Don't miss this purveyor of big tunes and hearty basslines.
