AVERT THE GATHERING STORM AND RELEASE MAZI NNAMDI KANU AS HIS HEALTH DETERIORATES- IPOB

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by the resolute leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu once again call for the unconditional release of our leader from DSS solidarity confinement over his deteriorating health condition. The Nigerian government is intentionally provoking IPOB by refusing to release our leader even when the Nigerian and International Courts have ordered for his unconditional release.

IPOB wishes to reiterate that the life of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is in danger in the solitary confinement of the DSS in Abuja. We have persistently called on the Nigerian government to release our leader as both international and local law institutions have ordered for his release. Many prominent Nigerians, religious, traditional, and political leaders, including 50 members of the National Assembly, have equally called for his release. But the Tinubu's Government has refused to listen to the voice of reason by refusing to release Mazi Kanu, just like his notorious predecessor's government of Buhari. Tinubu's government has discontinued similar cases of terrorism and treason charges against two Yoruba Activists and a Fulani militia leader.

In the case of an Igbo man, unarmed freedom activist Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, this same Tinubu's government, have vehemently refused to release him. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had subsisting local and international judgments that ordered for his release, unlike the other cases discontinued by the federal government without any court judgment. We are enumerating all these injustices to demonstrate that the Federal Government of Nigeria is intentionally provoking the anger of IPOB and Ndigbo. IPOB has maintained a non-violence approach in the Biafra struggle irrespective of the high-handedness of the Nigerian government against Biafra Activists.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is seriously sick and must be released unconditionally from DSS solitary confinement for him to treat himself before something unpredictable and unimaginable happens to him.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's health is going down every day under DSS solitary confinement because of the nature of his health issues. IPOB is calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Attorney General fatai Fagbemi again to free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu so that he can go and treat himself before it's too late.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB members have been persecuted for over a decade by the Nigerian State because of Biafra's self-determination. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped and extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria and has been detained in solitary confinement for over 3 years. Although no court in Nigeria has found him guilty yet he is being persecuted by the tribal bigot government of Nigeria.

President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, please note that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is sick and something terrible can happen to him if he is not released. DON'T SET BIAFRA LAND ON FIRE: NO GOVERNOR SHOULD ALLOCATE GRAZING RESERVE TO MIYETTI ALLAH MILITIA-IPOB

The Noble family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by the great prophet and resolute leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu wish to caution the Eastern Governors to shun the recent demand from Miyetti Allah terrorist group for the governors to allocate grazing reserves in their respective States to them. No governor in Biafra Land should mortgage the safety and security of Biafrans by allocating land to the terrorists for RUGA in disguise.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is asking the Southern and Middle Belt Governors to reject the demand for grazing reserves by the Fulani Miyetti Allah terrorist organization in Nigeria. Fulanis claim to be Nigerians. Why would they want grazing reserves from other States instead of utilizing their own ancestral land for their grazing reserve. Any governor in Nigeria that yields to this selfish demands of these terrorists has mortgaged the future of their generations to come. That governor will be mortgaging the future of their children to mass slaughter and mass burial and that Governor must be receiving consequences of his or her actions. Any state or clan that allocates land to the Fulanis today for whatever reason have willfully sold his state to invasion and displacement. Both the governor and his future generations will not live to tell the story of yesterday by the time the terrorists will launch attacks to take over their state.

People must learn from history. History always repeats itself. According to history, the indigenous Hausas welcomed and hosted the nomadic Fulanis from Futa Jelon in the 18th century. Today, the indigenous Hausas have been reduced to slaves in their own land. In today's Northern Nigeria, Fulanis have displaced, killed, took over, and renamed many Hausa communities. Almost all the Northern opinion leaders, political leaders, traditional rulers, and religious leaders by Fulanis and Hausas have no other place to call their place. The same deception and voodoo the Fulanis used on the Hausas in the 18th century is what they are using on the political elites in the rest of Nigeria and if such voodoo works on other Nigerians it won't work on Biafrans as long as IPOB-ESN exists. If the indigenous people in Nigeria think that the political class have all the powers to stop the marauding Fulanis and their fulanization agenda, then the people must be out of their minds. As we bring the attention of the governors and politicians in the South to the Fulanis' dangerous moves to grab people's land, the people themselves must rise up to defend their ancestral lands or be doomed. As for us, IPOB, the Fulanis, knew that Biafra Land is a no-go area for their deception and voodoo.
We are certain that governors in the Biafra land will not mortgage the future of our generations to come. But if they dare create any grazing reserves for Fulanis, they would have drawn the battle line with IPOB/ESN. We are confident that they will never allow Fulanis to occupy or be in possession of an inch of Biafra land.

President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, who created the livestock ministry for Fulanis, should allocate grazing reserves to them. The Livestock Ministry is a code name for RUGA. No RUGA in any format will be tolerated in the Eastern Region. President Tinubu can allocate Sambisa Forest as a grazing reserve to the Miyetti Allah. That massive forest is more than enough grazing reserve and settlement for them.
The Fulanis can have their way with the Nigerian fulanized presidency, but the indigenous people must resist any attempt to take over their ancestral land in the name of grazing reserves and Fulani settlement. Fulanis are opposed to the idea of modern ranching. Instead, they want grazing reserves in different states because they are deceptively pursuing the Othman Dan Fodio's ideology of conquering the whole of Nigeria.

IPOB is reminding the Nigerian government and Miyetti Allah that Biafrans don't have sufficient land for development and agriculture, let alone for grazing reserves. IPOB/ESN Operatives have a duty to monitor Biafran forests and bushes. They are to dislodge any Fulani terrorist and destroy any Fulani settlement found in the bush.
Fulanis are free to export their cows to our territory by cargo and sell to them to their customers and after which they go back to their base. Those of them who want to reside in Biafra Land should rent a house and live peacefully like other citizens. But we will never tolerate any terrorist occupying any inch of our forest for whatever reason. If ESN Operatives apprehend anyone in the bush, such a fellow will be treated as a terrorist.

IPOB, once more, call on all the Governors in the South, particularly the Eastern Governors, to avoid setting fire that will consume their generations to come by disregarding Miyetti Allah terrorists group demand for a grazing reserves. IPOB will resist any form of land grabbing, change of demography, and conquest ideology in any disguise. All we are saying is that there shall be no grazing reserve for Miyetti Allah terrorists group in Biafra Land.

Is The State-Actor Role/Status Of IPOB And ESN Giving Governments of UK And Nigeria Sleepless Nights?

No clear minded and observant person will deny the fact that Britain particularly, and in general, have been doing all within their power, to ensure the total extermination, if not obliteration of the Biafran nation, for centuries now.
The desperation to accomplish this self-assigned, though unspoken task, got heightened since the project of the restoration of Biafra began to gain unusual, as well as unprecedented momentum under the leadership of the charismatic IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

One of the methods of effecting this task of continuing in the various fronts of the genocidal attacks, that would lead to the ultimate goal of exterminating Biafrans, is the imposition of the anti people superintendents, who are called leaders, that merely receive the unscrupulous instructions from their masters from Britain, represented by their administrators at A*o Rock, called Nigerian government, and implementing same to the detriment of Biafrans.
Uzodimma, in Imo State, is a clear case in point.

The constant, consistent, and unrelenting unleashing of these retrogressive and self destructive policies by these caliphate-imposed errand boys called socio-political leaders against , naturally gave rise to the inevitability of IPOB, which had been existing as a non violent self-determination group, taking up the role of a State Actor.

Any person that has any doubt about the fact that IPOB has taken up the role of a State Actor should revisit the level of compliance demonstrated by Biafrans on the day that IPOB called for Biafra's REMEMBRANCE DAY on 30th of May, 2024.

Another clear instance of the visible role of IPOB as a State Actor is in establishment and deployment of Eastern Security Network (ESN), as a check to Fulani terrorists that masquerade as HERDSMEN, in their subtle and clandestine occupation of Biafra land, in the name of cattle grazing, along the line line of which they kidnap for ransom, r**e Biafran women, kill the elderly and the youth, invade communities, destroy farms, and burn people's homes, with the long term vision of ultimately displacing the Indigenous populace.
This duty, which translates to protection of lives and properties has clearly distinguished IPOB and ESN as clear leaders in pursuing, preserving, and protecting the well-being of the generality of the people of Biafra, while at the same time, displacing the caliphate appointed errand boys mainly because of their docility, arising from their subservience and despondency.

This role therefore has enraged and infuriated the governments of Britain and Nigeria, making them disheveled in their coordination and comportment, for which they have responded most irrationally.

Long before, during, and subsequent succeeding governments of the the genocidist, Harold Wilson, Britain had applied extremely brutal force in suppressing Biafrans, as they had always had this impression that Biafrans are very strategic in the liberation of Africa, and British (Western) ejection from the African continent, their ready-to-harvest farmland.

In this period of the pursuit of restoration of Biafra, the British and Nigerian governments, in order to taint, falsely incriminate and implicate / , have adopted the agelong method of FALSE FLAG OPERATION, by which they destroy a lot of things, while leaving the society with the impression that those destructions were effected by IPOB and ESN.
Numerous cases of this clandestine operations abound, but the recent murder of five soldiers in Aba by the agents of Nigerian government, and the present ongoing devastation of Abia, with the resultant disruption, if not truncating of the giant developmental strides of governor Alex Otti, is a clear example.

But the good news is that with each operation, more converts, sympathizers, and protagonists are won for the Biafran cause, as many more people come to see the cruelty, inhumanity, brutality, and barbarism of the British and Nigerian establishments against Biafrans.

Another good news from these dastardly acts of desperation by the British and Nigerian governments is that as they are straining to undermine, neutralize, discredit, and whittle this State Actor Role of IPOB and ESN, they publicize their own negativisms, consolidate and highlight the positivism of IPOB and ESN, which make them indispensable in this time of the total failure of caliphate-appointed overlords, who call themselves leaders in Biafra land.

The fallout of this attempt to relegate the noble role of IPOB and ESN as State Actors is that it makes the leadership of IPOB to be more focused and determined, in view of the fact that it is only that Biafrans look up to, for all round protection of their interest and well-being.

Despite all that the British and Nigerian governments are doing, let no one lose sight of the fact that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and straightforward.

REFERENDUM is a fundamental human right, and equally a democratic process, as it involves voting.
A call for REFERENDUM is not a call for war.

Is The Presidential Executive Order On IPOB Suggestive Of Any Mischief Against Biafrans?

No one that has followed the project championed by the indefatigable Leader of , Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, can deny being conversant with this Biafran philosophical statement:
"If a man buries himself, his one hand or foot must stick out".
This can be interpreted or implied to mean that no matter how much one tries to conceal his involment in a crime, by one means or the other, one must expose oneself.

Since the escalation (gaining high momentum) of , the government's of UK and Nigeria have been doing everything within their power (and their power is enormous), to stifle, whittle, frustrate, truncate, blackmail, or possibly extinguish the project, if not partially, totally.

One of the things that these two governments have consistently and relentlessly done has been the FALSE FLAG OPERATION of using their agents like , , and , to carry out deadly and murderous operations, including various crimes, and hastily, without even one minute of investigation, announce the culpability of IPOB.

No need to waste time and space, innundating anyone with numerous examples of incidences like this, though it won't be out of place to mention the classical cases of Dr Akunyili (the husband of late Prof Dora Akunyili), and Gulak, the one Uzodimma murdered in Imo State on the previous 30th May.
All these FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS have been carried out with one sole aim, which is to associate IPOB and Biafrans with crimes they know nothing about.

But in this ABA KILLING, there is something very curious, which if any clear-eyed person looks at, will know that it's actually more than meets the eye.

Apart from the fact that these assailants came with three brand new Prado SUVs, they had the picture of our eternal leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, conspicuously displayed on their vehicles, and went a bit further by flying large-size Biafran flags on those Prado jeeps.
Please, where on earth will a criminal want to go and commit crime, and first leave his picture, his address, his phone number, and his next of kin?
But this is exactly what these dramatists did.

A number of factors prompted this dastardly act of snuffing life out of these young men in such a cruel and brutal manner.

Firstly, it was Governor Otti that first alerted the world about the human abattoir that the so called called Cattle Market at had become, as over eighty decomposing bodies, as well as many shallow graves were discovered there.
This discovery made the Governor to instruct that the so called market would no longer serve as a residence and a market simultaneously.
This meant that whoever would come to the market must be prepared to finish his transaction and go home, thereby dismantling the kidnapping syndicacy of the uniformed and non uniformed Fulani terrorists.
The British and Nigerian governments that sponsor these terrorists never took this kindly.

Again, since the suspension of the human genocide against Biafrans in 1970, the British and Nigerian governments had always ensured that no serious economic and infrastructural development came to any part of Biafra land, though unspoken and unwritten.
They devised and enacted many regulations and laws, to ensure that no development ever takes place in any part of Biafra land.
So for Governor Otti to have brought this tremendous transformation in this record time, (less than one year), was, to them, like touching the tail of the tiger, which they considered unpardonable.

Very importantly, starting from the time the quest for the restoration of Biafra started gaining prominence under President Obasanjo, with and as British High Commissioners at various times, both British and Nigerian governments have been striving assiduosly to declare and classify IPOB as a terrorist group.
Remember that after Abubakar Malami went by night to obtain an injunction declaring IPOB a terrorist group, did all she could to convince the international community of 's complicity in terroristic activities.
However, all these efforts yielded nothing and failed woefully.

It must have been the confusion, frustration, and fury that arose from these failures, that engendered the loss of control on the part of British and Nigerian governments, making them to act awkwardly, with rationality and decorum thrown to the winds, in readiness for THE DAY OF POUND OF FLESH.

From the foregoing, it can easily be established that there is indeed a camouflaged mischief in THE HASTY PRESIDENTIAL ORDER AGAINST (IPOB), coated with a false patriotic zeal, and presented with a hypocritical and infantilistic cleverness.

With this hasty presidential order, which unequivocally stipulates and specifies that any person associated with IPOB, must be hunted down, that IPOB must be FIERCELY CRUSHED, and their existence erased, one can see that it is an open check to the terrorists in uniform to flatten Biafra land.

The flattening of Biafra land, with particular reference to Abia state, simply means putting a wedge on the wheel of progress being made in Abia State by Governor Otti, in view of the overwhelming transformation he has brought to various infrastructural fronts, especially electricity.
These tremendous positive changes have given Nigerian government and and their masters from Britain sleepless nights, and they have been looking for excuses to thwart them, as they have been doing since 1970.

Another meaning of flattening of Biafra land is to totally eliminate every youth, as the youth represents the continuation of any nation or race.
So, with the total elimination, which Britain has been pursuing against since 1966 (though it has remained a fleeting illusion), the presidential order can be seen as a reinforcement of that principle.

Have you wondered why Britain, in collaboration with the , imposed the present President on Nigeria, despite all his despicable baggages?
They did so because they found in him a veritable tool for the continuation of the agenda of TOTAL ELIMINATION OF THE IGBO (BIAFRAN) NATION, though it be unspoken or unwritten.
The mischievous hasty presidential pronouncement can therefore be seen from the two-pronged intended goal, which is to truncate the developmental strides of Abia Governor, and the continuation of the human genocide against Biafrans, with the expectation that it will deter, perforate, deflate, stifle, withle, or extinguish the Biafra Restoration project.
All these have become dead at conception.
Their murderous tracks which Britain and Nigeria thought that they covered remain as glaring as they are obvious, thereby leaving their hands and feet sticking out, after burying themselves.

To avoid every form of confusion or ambiguity, the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and straightforward.
That DEMAND is a , which is an integral part of SELF-DETERMINATION, as enshrined in ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to Indigenous Peoples all over the world.
REFERENDUM is a democratic process that involves voting, and the call thereof is never a call for war.
The earlier British and Nigerian governments, with their parasitic, exploitative, and genocidal allies understand and align with this incontrovertible and indisputable truth, the better for everyone.

The Significance and Implication of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Thunderous Speech At Nigeria's Federal High Court

Perhaps, one of the most unexpected, but remarkable events since the KIDNAPPING/ABDUCTION, extraordinary rendition, incarceration/persecution, and the shambolic prosecution of the9 Supreme Leader of , , is his thunderous explosion in Nigeria's Federal High Court, Abuja, on 20th of May, 2024, under the charge of Justice Binta Nyako, with regards to the terrorism being committed by Nigerian Judiciary.

From the day Mazi Nnamdi Kanu started sensitizing the world, but Biafrans in particular, about the mandate he has (in accordance with ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to the inalienable right of Indigenous People to SELF-DETERMINATION), the parasitic and predatory , especially Britain, which has been showing their utmost disdain for anything that has to do with Biafra's freedom, has been scheming every evil in the world to ensure the extinguishment of not just the project of restoration of Biafra, but the life of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as well.

The desire of the British government, which has been working through the Nigerian government, to see Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's life terminated, has been expressed in practical terms by the many assassination attempts that have been made on his life.
Apart from many clandestine and nocturnal moves made by the British government to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the invasion of his home by Nigerian military, to kill him, for, among other reasons, revealing/exposing the fact that the person occupying A*o Rock was not Buhari, (as Buhari died in 2017), but a British mannequin, which was manufactured in Britain to be a cover for the continuing British overlordsdship in Nigeria.
Britain is still filled with extreme and overwhelming confusion about the mystery of his survival and escape from that operation Python Dance that was primarily staged to assassinate him, in which more than 28 people died in his house, and tens of thousands of other Biafrans died in the hands of the terrorists in uniform called the Nigerian Army, at that particular time.

The escape of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the net of the British government, and his spreading of his Biafran gospel further infuriated the British predators, leading them to planning his assassination in Kenya.
However, the collaboration of , , and under the supervision of and of and embassies respectively, to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, failed, but resulted only in his KIDNAP/ABDUCTION, extraordinary rendition, incarceration, and persecution/prosecution.

Since his so called prosecution, the British and Nigerian governments have been going back and forth, as they know that there is nothing, known to any law in the world, that he has committed.
The UN Working Committee, various High Courts in Nigeria, and Federal appeal Court had already ruled that there is nothing to try him for, and as such, he should be let go.
The Appeal court went further to specifically assert that no court in Nigeria should try him, considering the condition under which he was brought from Kenya.

The British and Nigerian governments deliberately flouted these rulings because of their lawlessness.
In flouting these rulings, they continued to hold Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in illegal solitary confinement, just to torture him mentally, physically, and psychologically, and compel him to relinquish his pursuit of Biafra's self-determination.
But all these are to no avail, and of no consequence, as our Leader, and the rest of the family of Biafrans (IPOB), become, and remain more resilient every day.
It was when our Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu saw their RIGMAROLE in unnecessarily shifting the goal post of his trial, that he told them pointblank that according to their own law in Section 2 subsection 3, paragraph F, of Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act, that he cannot be tried in Nigeria, and that any person or court trying him is committing terrorism.
This is in line with the Appeal Court Judgement, which stated specifically that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu cannot be tried in any court in Nigeria.
The Appeal Court provided a way of escape for Nigeria and Britain, and to have a soft landing, but in their depravity, they chose the way of infamy and reprobacy.

The significance of this exposure is that it highlights the extent to which Nigeria has degenerated, and deteriorated, making the judiciary, which should be the custodian of the law, and the protectors of the rule of law, to be seen in their nakedness and emptiness, to be the promoters of lawlessness and judicial terrorism.

Another significance is that the judiciary has exposed itself to be a mere rubber stamp of the Presidency, as it takes instructions from the Presidency, about what the judgement of the court should be, irrespective of how glaringly absurd or unscrupulous the judgement may appear.

Again, the significance of this exposure is that Nigeria has shown itself to have completely failed as a state because any country that does not abide by its own laws is automatically a failed state.
Didn't Nigeria tell the world, in very simplistic terms, that by advancing to judicial terrorism, that all the terroristic activities of uniformed and non uniformed terrorists are indeed under the sponsorship and supervision of the Nigerian and British governments, especially as they affect their genocidal exploits against ?

Equally, the significance of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s thundering in Nigeria's High Court is that it exposes the fear that has gripped Britain and Nigeria about the restoration of Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, for which they are prepared to commit existential su***de, than let Mazi Nnamdi Kanu be freed according to their own law, which by extension would mean letting Biafra go.
That is to say, they would rather drown in their own perdition, destruction, and lawlessness, than let Biafra go.

Is there any implication for this blatant exhibition of lawlessness on the side of the British and Nigerian governments, based on exposition of IPOB Leader?
Well, if nothing else, the hypocritical and ostrichistic world that had hitherto pretended NOT to be aware of the crimes of British and Nigerian governments against have no hiding place anymore.

Another implication is that the pretentious that are deceitfully accusing poor Hamas, Iran, Pakistan, or Afghanistan of terrorism are only turning attention away from their responsibility, as they have now seen that both British and Nigerian governments are the real perpetrators and promoters of terrorism.

Again, the that had been claiming to be custodians of democracy and democratic principles have been shown to be mere wolves in sheep's clothing, as they can pretend to be democracy-minded on the one hand, and seen to be brutally against democracy on the other hand, by opposing, suppressing, stifling, and extinguishing the demand by .

The is also roundly exposed in their complicity, as they tacitly support the terrorists called Nigerian governmentp, by keeping mute in their use of the judiciary to terrorize and brutalize Biafrans.
