தமிழிதழ் 'சாதனை தமிழா' எனும் மாபெரும் விருது வழங்கும் விழாவினை ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளனர். ஐரோப்பிய கலைஞர்களுக்கு இவ் விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படவுள்ளன.
இவ் விருது வழங்கும் விழாவானது எதிர்வரும் யூலை 16ம் , திகதி Zurich, Switzerland இல் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. ஐரோப்பிய கலைஞர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் இவ் விருதானது, 2014/15ம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்த பாடல்கள், குறுந்திரைப்படங்கள், முழு நீளத் திரைப்படங
்கள் என்பவற்றுக்கு வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது.
நோக்கம் :
கலைஞர்களுக்கான அங்கீகாரத்தினை வழங்குவதற்காகவும், அவர்களின் படைப்புகளை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காகவும் , அவர்களுக்கு மதிப்பளித்து கெளரவிப்பது.
இந்த வருடம் போன்று ஒவொரு வருடமும் இவ் விருது வழங்கும் விழாவினை வெவ்வேறு நாடுகளில் நாடாத்த சாதனைத் தமிழா குழு தீர்மானித்துள்ளது. அந்த வகையில் அடுத்த வருடம் இவ் விழாவனது சுவிஸ்லாந்தில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
விருதுகள் தெரிவு செய்யப்படும் முறை
2014/15ம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்த ஒளிப்பட பாடல்கள், குறுந் திரைப்படங்கள், முழு நீளத் திரைபடங்கள் என்பவற்றை எமது நடுவர்கள் பார்வையிட்டு , அதிலிருந்து ஒவொரு பிரிவுகளிலும் 6 கலைஞர்கள் அல்லது 6 படைப்புக்கள் தெரிவுசெய்யப்படும்.
தெரிவு செய்யப்படும் கலைஞர்கள் , படைப்புக்கள் என்பவற்றுக்கு ஐரோப்பிய நீதியில் பல்கலைகழக தமிழ் சமூகம், மற்றும் உலகளாவிய நீதியில் தமிழ் சமூகவும் வாக்களிக்கும், அதன் பின்பு வாக்குக்களின் உதவியுடன், படைப்புகளின் தரத்தின் அடிப்படையிலும் எமது நடுவர்கள் முடிவுகளை எடுப்பார்கள்.

Saathanai thamizha Awards
GTAA ( Global Tamil Artist Association) and Tamilithal have jointly organised an awarding function called Saathanai thamizha awards. This function is going to be held on 20th of June, in London. All the featured films, short films and songs which were released in 2013 in Europe are going to be considered towards the awards. Purpose:
Recognition of our artists. Encouraging and honouring them. Saathanai thamizha team has decided to organise this awarding function in different countries in coming years. According to this plan, next year’s function is going to be in Switzerland. Methodology of awarding
Our judges are going to analyse every of the feature films, short films and songs released in 2013, and select 6 artists or 6 products for nomination for each category. Chosen artists and products are going to be left out for a worldwide voting. European universities based Tamil community and worldwide Tamil communities are going to be able to vote for their favourites.
