I had the absolute pleasure of directing this beautifully conceived music video and concept (/true story) from the mind of the actual genius
From very early on, we knew it had to be a one shot, which was fine until 10:30pm on the day of shooting and had to be up at early o’clock the next day to boss carry another film into existence. We had enough time for one more try; maximum pressure, maximum sleepiness, and that’s the take we used because Connie _absolutely_ killed it. T’was an honour to watch the symphony of everyones parts fall into place one last time. ♥️🫡
