The rising cost of living in a modern world is becoming a drag. Inflation is persistent. It doesn’t matter WHERE you’re living.

That’s why I started to open my mind into something new and I thought of solutions that are right for our family.

Allow me to share some of our practical ways:

1. Save money!
2. Make more money!
3. Run away and move to a country where your USD or CAD lets you live like a King and Queen without forgetting number 1 and 2.
4. Adjust plans and expectations🙏🥰

There is no “perfect” way to live. But we need to adapt to our present situations and adjust our expectations.

I highly recommend📍Galaxy Dental Clinic in Easthills Shopping Center for your dental needs.

They have warm and welcoming staff, especially, Karen C. who is very professional and hardworking 🥹🥰 all other staff are also nice.

Had an emergency tooth filling tonight, the dentist, Dr. Sidd has wealthy of knowledge. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. He didn’t rush the job and his assistant (I forgot his name) was super attentive and friendly!

Psssst… they have massage chairs in the waiting area and a mini snackbar with coffee, water and juice boxes. The entire clinic is neat!

Thank you, so much Galaxy Dental Clinic❤️ I can now attend my daughter’s graduation tomorrow proud and ALL SMILES!!!

Sometimes I want to take a break from parenting, but having a weekend break with our kids can be fun too! It’s true that a relaxing break can help to reset your mood as a parent, but I don’t know, I enjoy being with my kids most of the time. I am never a fan of the “cold mother syndrome” if it’s gonna be longer than 3 hours lol I cannot 🤣 Don’t get me wrong, we should still prioritized our mental health from time to time, it’s just that I prefer to be around my kids more often than not. They need me, and it won’t stay forever, as long as I get to spend time with them while they’re young…I will choose them! 😍

Hi, mga ka-peachy! Can you still be productive with limited resources? Do you still want to continue with your goal? Or you’re the type who scratch the whole idea and not a fan of creating something outside the usual? 🫢🤔

My advice? BE PROACTIVE RATHER THAN REACTIVE! I filmed a short video about this topic and will upload it shortly🥰 For now, I’ll enjoy my home-cooked “lugaw” with bacon bits, pork floss and hardboiled eggs! 😋 Have a great day ahead!

So today, I want to dive into this nuanced topic, starting with the question, can you wear WHATEVER YOU WANT as long as you are confident and comfortable with it?

As people age, they prefer comfortable pieces over fashion, and others prefer to feel youthful rather than look young. Many of us also begin to appreciate quality and look for a more sophisticated style.

I’m 38, a mother of three, with two toddlers, and an ever-changing body plus increased personal responsibilities, yes! a lot of times I skip wearing jewelries, belt, headband, watches, light coloured clothes, etc. It’s also frustrating at times because I need to carry huge purses or totes🤣 (as a mom and baby bag-in-one)🥹

But you know what? Aging should “paint the town red”, so instead of thinking of all the things you “shouldn’t” or “can’t” wear, it’s time to embrace the world of opportunity that awaits us with each passing year.

And the good news is that classic style is naturally ageless.♥️

At 18, we grabbed something disposable off the rack especially if they are on huge clearance; today, it’s ok to pay a little more at a better department, section or speciality store so we get a better product with a longer lifespan and will compliment your body now.

With age comes wisdom, and guess what? Young women now have more fashion sense than we did 🤣because they have no problem wearing their sneakers with their party dresses, hoodie and a flowy maxi skirt, etc etc.

Today, I’m at a place in life where I would rather have a few but better quality items (wearing them again and again) than a closet full of “trash”.

So mga ka-peachy, let’s start to think strategically about the items in our closets! 🥰🧡 Don’t forget: When you look good, you feel good!💕😘

Rings represent commitment!

We thought we lost our wedding rings when we moved to our new home last July 2023. So, we bought a new pair.

Today, I decided to thoroughly clean our home and look what I found! 😂 Yung original wedding rings namin🤣 (photo posted 👇👇👇)

While each couple is different, the importance of wearing a wedding ring is something that comes down to personal preference. Some people never wear wedding bands except on their wedding day, and that's okay.

Others wouldn't take theirs off for anything other than a brief cleaning. That's fine, too!

In the Bible, a commitment should emphasize inner qualities like love and faithfulness far above outward symbols.

One can wear a wedding ring all the time, but can be unfaithful anytime.

May mga hindi na nagsusuot nito kahit happily married pa rin sila, either hindi na kasya or nawala na ang rings and they don’t want to replace those anymore.

Saakin ok lang hindi namin suot lagi yun wedding rings namin, on the otherhand I also see it as a beautiful way to honour your lifetime commitment with your spouse.
