Your ‘best life’ doesn’t involve drinking yourself into oblivion on a regular basis. I had a problem and I didn’t even know it.
Something bad happened. Drink.
Something good happened. Drink.
Out with the lady or fellas. Drink.
Weekend festivities. Drink.
Any excuse. Drink.
It made me weak. It made me lazy. It made me reckless. It robbed me of true happiness. It stole my money. It stripped me of my discipline.
When I took the focus and energy I put into drinking into something positive; something actually worth my time, my life literally exploded within a couple of months.
Never in my life have I been more driven, more focused and more disciplined. My vision is crystal clear. I know what needs to be done and how to do it.
But most of all- I’m way happier without it. I’m a better Man, a better Father, a better partner.

I am grateful for many things but today I am most thankful for my family. They push me to succeed and fight for more under any given circumstance- because they deserve the absolute best and I intend to give them just that. In order to give them the best; I had to become my best. They fueled the fire more my explosive growth. They are my reason and not my excuse.

‼️How to REVEAL your abs 101‼️
1. Calorie deficit: roughly 500-700 calories shy of your ‘maintenance’ calorie intake
2. Nutrition- follow a macro split, prioritize protein carbs and fat from single ingredient foods
3. Consistency: maintain that deficit and track your macros/calories. Adjust intake for every 5-7lbs lost
4. Training- compound movements and core specific movements 2-3x per week
5. BE PATIENT. Rome wasn’t build in a day. You didn’t wake up fat one day- so you won’t wake up ripped in 1 day either.
