"Lost and found" pt 5

~At recess~

"Atlast! I can now eat snacks for a whole 15 minutes~" said Amy stretching her arms while walking "And what about your assignment?" asked Yza "There's an assignment???!!!!" shouted Amy "Of course, in English, it's a 500 word essay, no biggy" said Yzabella "Oh man, I totally forgot, stayed up all night watching movies instead" said Amy kicking a rock "When will you ever learn Amy?" Yzabella said.

~At the canteen~

Student 1: "pabili po fishball ate"
Tindera: "ilan?"
Student 1: "isa lang, diko namn sinabi fishballs eh"

Student 2: "uy, wag namn kayo magsiksikan! "
Student 3: "hala ano yung nahawakan ko? Ang laki ah?"

"One bananaque ate" said Yzabella "Mine too" said Amy. "Oh hali na kayo! Buko juice malamig pa!", "Oh hali na kayo, ice-cream to beat the heat!". "What do you choose?" asked Yzabella "Let's just go with the juice to pair up with our bananaques" replied Amy.

~At the hallway~

"Now that we've finished recess, time for me to cry of embarrassment from Mrs. Mondragon's scolding" cried Amy. As they enter the room their classmates are passing their assignments "Pass your assignments" said Mrs. Mondragon "Patay ako dito bess" whispered Amy as Yzabella took her assignment "Here ma'am" said Yzabella.

"Why are these two assignments you've passed Gomez?" asked mrs. Mondragon "This one is mine and the other one is from Amy" replied Yzabella casually "How come it was both in your bag?" asked mrs. Mondragon "You know how clumsy Amy can be? Right Amy? So she had me hold it for her hehe" replied Yza as she exchanges looks with Amy.

"Yes ma'am, you know me, "ms. Clutz" haha ha" replied Amy awkwardly
"You sure you didn't make these two ms. Gomez?" asked mrs. Mondragon "No ma'am, you can easily tell apart our handwriting, hers are better" replied Yzabella "Okay, I'll buy it, now both take your seats" said Mrs. Mondragon as the two went to their assigned seats.

"Now we have tackled yesterday about~" said mrs. Mondragon as she writes down the board "pst, thank you so much bess you're a lifesaver" whispered Amy as they exchange smiles, "No problem, we're bestfriends after all" replied Yzabella.

"Beauty wins in this world"
Backstory of Zayne Syere

Zayne was a cheerful optimistic child, one thing he loves to do the most is eat, so he was a cute chubby boy.
Zayne was born with Heterochromia, his right eye brown and left eye blue which was passed down by his parents.

When Zayne was in middle school, he muttered up his courage to confess to his crush since Elementary, sadly she dumped him.
"You? Like me? Ew, get away from me pork chop, plus you could use some contact for those eyes of yours".

It broke Zayne's heart hearing those words, so he moved to a new city and decided to live healthily. Got to the gym and uses contact lenses after the experience.

A few years passed and Zayne was the school's heart throb, but he plays with their feelings and ghost's them.
"Fools like them are only after my looks, they don't deserve any guy".

One day he posted a pic of his cat and him which they both have Heterochromia. People noticed it and he became super famous overnight. That's when a modeling agency called him up to be their model judging from his body and face. So he accepted the offer and used his fame.

Backstory of Claudia Del

She witnesses her parents that they love and embrace each other just infront of her which made her happy... Sadly.. He k!lled her...
Her dad knew her mom was cheating on him, so, he ended it, the last words she heard from her dad were...
"If I can't have you, then no one can"

Witnessing the horrible abomination her dad did at a very young age, she didn't think twice on running away. She didn't go near any relatives so her father couldn't find her.

Everyday she walks a straight path that wasn't familiar, then she collapsed out of starvation, dehydration and tiredness.

Only to wake up at a fancy hotel where a straight forward woman picked her up "You have a beautiful face, that's why I chose to save you, you're going to inherit my career and wealth one day".

Then on, she had a new identity from being "Anne Gonzalez" to "Claudia Del" which she got from her adoptive mother "Natasha Del".

Looking back at the old days, her trauma didn't leave her instead it stayed and changed her "Men are pathetic liars, they're a waste of time".
She made her so soft heart to solid rock which nobody could break.

But there was this one guy whom pulled her heart strings when she was in college, "I'll wait for you, I promise you that". She tried not to fall for his words but she just melts..

After their graduation she now became a successful supermodel, she continued to follow her passion and now decided to say yes to the guy whom courted her. But she was too late....

The guy already made someone pregnant, which made her heart ache.

"Lost and found" pt 4

Ever since Yzabella started high school she and the guard lady also became best friends, she was like a grandmother to her. The guard would sometimes offer her snacks and they would chat while waiting for the gate to open on time "Ate! Buksan mo na kasi yung gate!".

"Sige, go to your floor now and finish your homeworks" said the guard "Thank you ate, so much" Yzabella smiles sweetly "Sige, sige" then the guard lady sat on her bench. (wow si ate nonchalant?)

And so Yzabella enters their school, as she walks she stares at the cloudy sky "Thank you dear God".

"BUDAGA!" out of nowhere "AHHH!!" screamed Yzabella. "🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐" laughed Amy(charot lang, basta parang kambing ang tawa ni Amy)

"Amy!!!" said Yzabella "HAHAHAAA Ha ha ha..." laughed Amy as she tries to catch her breath "Sorry, sorry, you were just so quite".

Yzabella shrugs off what just happened then asks "You didn't shower did you?" Amy was caught off guard "Hindi ah! I showered kaya, I just have a blow dryer". (asus I know someone who always says this line)

"Wow, susyal" said Yzabella being sarcastic "Syempre" said Amy flipping her hair and pouting her lips.

"Ay tuod(Oh right), Do you have time to go somewhere this weekend?" asked Amy to Yzabella as they continue walking "Amy, we've been best friends for 4 yrs of course you know I wouldn't be" replied Yzabella "I also know that have a free time on Sunday afternoons" said Amy as she batt her eyelashes.

"Pero Amy, that's the time where I do my laundry" said Yzabella "Fine, I'll pay laundry for you, now can you go?" replied Amy "But what about Barbie?" asked Yza "Fiiiiinneee, she can come too" said Amy.

"Cool, where should we wait for you?" asked Yza "Don't worry, you can wait at your house, I'll have you picked up" said Amy smiling.

"Lost and found" pt 3

After a 20 mins walk, Barbie and Yzabella arrived at the elementary "Do your best in school today, ok?" said Yzabella "Yes madam" said Barbie cheekily then hugs Yzabella "Bye ate, see you later!" then Barbie runs toward her school as Yzabella waves goodbye. And so she continues her walk.

Finally, Yzabella arrives school 1 hour early "6:30" Yzabella said feeling satisfied, she's the first to arrive so she sat down on a bench and made her homeworks. Yzabella has a really tight schedule; every weekdays she wakes up at 5 a.m. sharp, goes to work at 6 p.m.-12 a.m. and gets 5 hours of sleep ever since she was 14. Saturdays are what she calls "bonus days" since she receives ₱500 instead of ₱120 for working a full day.

"Done" said Yzabella as she closes her notebook and puts it in her bag, she opens her phone to see a message from her best friend:
Amy: "I'mma guess you're at school now"
Yzabella: "And I'mma guess you just woke up;D"
Amy: "(T^T)"
Amy:"Okay okay"
Amy: "I'm getting ready now"

Yzabella laughs off her friend's quirky trait.

Some time later their guard lady arrives

"Uy, Yza early as usual ah?" said the guard "Yes ate, I've got homeworks pa kasi" said Yzabella while smiling as the guard opens the gate. Yzabella was about to enter when the guard said "That reminds me" "Hm?" asked Yzabella.

"Here, consider this a thank you for helping me clean the school yard last week" the guard lady gave Yzabella a ₱100.

Yzabella was stunned and tried to decline the offer "N-no ate it's oka-" but the guard lady cuts her off "Asus, here" she directly puts it in Yzabella's pocket "I know you're too nice to accept this offer, this is the 100th time since you started high school" the guard lady laughs "You're the first ever student who's humble and kind enough to help me. It's sad knowing that you'll graduate soon, but hey, don't give up on following your dreams kid" Yzabella smiles at the guard lady wanting to hug her as she holds back a tear.

"One owner's love" pt. 1

~Taffy~

There once was a dog owner named Michelle , she owned her first ever dog at the age of 10. She felt really happy for the first time and named her dog Taffy. Everytime she comes back home from school, Taffy wags her tail and howls "awooo" and so Michelle would giggle and copy Taffy "Awwoooo".

Taffy gave birth to 4 lovely pups, but the 4th one suddenly went missing, and the 3rd one was decided to be given to another child.

So Michelle was left with 2 pups, she named them Rocky and Taffy the second since it was the name she fell inlove with the second she heard it.

Taffy and her pups went through a lot, the dog dug a pit underneath Michelle's balcony, there was this one heavy rainfall one day and the pit was filled with water.

Michelle was just stunned and panicking since Taffy was always howling wanting help, then she called out her brother and they successfully took the pups drenched with mud.

All went well, but one day Taffy was missing. Michelle went to a depression always thinking about her dog and crying every night "Where are you Taffy? *sob* Please.. Come back". Surprisingly, Taffy did come back.... Sadly she was all skin.. Wobbling struggling to walk, when Michelle found her she was ecstatic and tried to feed Taffy, but Taffy only smelled it.

Michelle then teared up "Please eat, I don't want you to leave me Taffy, I love you", she could hear Taffy's heavy breathing and coughed. Michelle can't hold back her tears, so she called their neighbor who's a husband of her grandmother's cousin. "Is there any way we can save her tay?" asked Michelle "Maybe she's poisoned, I got a medicine here, why don't you let her drink it?" Michelle felt hope that everything would be alright so she put all her might for to Taffy drink the medicine, but she spat it out.

Lost and found" pt 2

⚠️Story may contain harsh words, kindly skip if uncomfortable⚠️

~At the kitchen~

*Puts rice on the table* "Barbie, it's time to eat" Barbie then came at the table and sat on a chair "Dried fish" said Barbie smiling.

As Yzabella also sat down she said "Bare with it a little more ok? Ate's income is just a little small right now.." saying that Barbie shook her head sideways "No ate, I love dried fish! I'll pray this time" Barbie said as she smiles, both closed their eyes.

"Lord, thank you for this food, give this nourishment for our body, in Jesus name Amen" they open their eyes and Yzabella smiles, then they ate.

~Outside their house~

As Yzabella and Barbie went out their house door, they encounter with their lovely neighbor lola Basyang feeding her chickens "Uy, maayong buntag mga dalagingging"(Good morning young ladies) saying that Yzabella brings out her hand "Mano po la" said Yzabella along with Barbie "Good morning po lola!".

"Mo adto namo sa skwelahan?" (Are you going to school now?) asked lola Basyang. "Yes po, it's a bit far pa kasi" said Yzabella, then lola Basyang searched her pocket and gave the 2 girls ₱20 "It's not much, but get yourselves young ladies a nice snack later" said lola.

"No, we can't lola you need it" said Yzabella "Asus, ay'g kabalaka(don't worry), I still have enough for myself" said lola Basyang and put it on Yzabella's palm "Sige na, dawata palihog"(Please accept it) Yzabella can't turn down her offer since she insisted "A-alright, thank you" Yzabella smiles sweetly "Thank you lola Basyang!" said Barbie.

"We'll get going now lola" said Yzabella "Sige, sige, take care you two" said lola Basyang waving goodbye as they continue to walk.

As Yzabella and Barbie's walk went on, they greet their lovely neighbors one by one as they are doing their daily jobs as farmers.

Barbie's parents are well known in the neighborhood since they were friendly and humble people, sadly.. They both d!ed trying to save a spreading fire of one farmer's landahan(a hut for smoke drying copra).

The heartbreaking incident happened when Yzabella was still 14 and Barbie was still 5 yrs old, leaving Yzabella the responsibility to look after and provide for Barbie. Knowing the incident happened, Yzabella knew she had to get a job, luckily the job she wanted accepted her, she only works as a part time Barrista, so money is a bit tight to feed the two of them.

An average salary of a full-time barrista is ₱15,000(a month) so basically it's ₱500 a day, but she only works from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. so her daily income is only ₱120.

"Lost and found" pt 1

Yzabella woke up to a peaceful 5 a.m. morning, wakes up her little sister that's sleeping on their banig peacefully "Barbie wake up, it's time to get ready for school" she says gently "Good morning ate" says Barbie while stretching her arms and legs "Come on, let's go to the well".

Tabo pours water on top of Barbie's head as Yzabella opens a sachet of shampoo which they shared "Ate, I miss mama and papa" hearing those words Yzabella's heart sank, so she forces a smile "Me too Barbie".

As Barbie checks her drawer to decide on what to wear, Yzabella lits up a match.

Ever since Yzabella was taken by her family's maid and driver, they ran out of Luzon and got to Mindanao where nobody would find them, just as Yzabella's mom wanted them to do, as the maid and driver pretended to be a couple to stand as Yzabella's "parents" , they became a real item, so they got married, and adopted Yzabella on the same day when she was 4.

All went well, the driver became a farmer along with the maid selling bananacues and kamotecues to make ends meet, when Yzabella turned 9 she received a limited edition Barbie doll from her "parents" which made her ecstatic.

A few months passed and they found out that the maid was pregnant, they jumped with joy as they have both made a result of their love for each other.

The day of giving birth came, so the maid asked "What should we name her?" Yzabella stared at her Barbie doll that she was hugging, along with pointing her tiny finger at the infant's hand which made the infant grip it "... Barbie!" she suggested "Barbie it is" said the driver patting Yzabella's hair as she puts a big smile across her face.
