The launch of every issue of The Picton Grange Quarterly Review is announced through social media - the first three recipients to respond with their address by direct message receive one of the copies, free of charge. Provided, that is, they are willing to abide by The Rules: to read the journal within 48 hours, and then offer it up for free on their own social networks to someone else who is willing to read it within 48 hours….and so on.
