City of Viroqua Public Safety Committee. Viroqua Police Chief Daron Jefson reported the Driftless Human Society was recently broken into and a suspect was apprehended. Jefson also reported a city squad car was heavily damaged in an accident today but no one was injured.

Governor Walker; Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch; Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Secretary Sheila Harsdorf; Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Secretary and CEO Mark R. Hogan; Tourism Secretary Stephanie Klett and other key state leaders and industry officials will celebrate “Wisconsin Cheese Day” on Monday, June 25, by visiting 13 cheese producers across the state to thank them for their contributions to the state’s economy and dairy industry.
