How to beat Depression
This is by far the most emotional video I made ever since I started.
Please do finish up to the end I know its long but I did my best to explain even though I know that others will pick on the things that I said or misunderstood the message that I'm saying.
Please bear in mind that I've been there and I'm with you I know how it is and how it feels.
And I'm now here speaking for us and to others that we can beat the sh*t out of depression.

I think throughout lifetime everyone will have their worst year. And 2018 made it really clear to me that it will be one of those years that I will remember. Given that we're always dealing with a lot of different problems I made this video to share some of my exepriences last year and what I did about it to overcome it.
