You can do whatever you want! Stay on your path and let others stay on theirs! You don’t have to limit yourself to the same path they're on!

And if you want to wear your pj's all day or eat a pint of ice cream at 2 am, do it!

There's no right or wrong way.

One of the most common stumbling blocks people have when they first start outsourcing is…how do I know which tasks to outsource and which ones to do myself?

And I get it! I know exactly what it feels like to finally commit to taking action, only to feel like you’re getting nowhere. When you lose momentum and don’t see progress, it’s hard to keep going.

Here’s what I do when that happens (and it works every time for me and my clients!):

1- Make a list of all the tasks you do on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

2- Make two columns: Revenue generating tasks and non-revenue generating tasks

3- Move each task to one of these two columns

Revenue-generating tasks are the ones that you absolutely have to do because that is your expertise. For example, coaching, website design, performing. etc. These tasks directly bring in revenue to your business.

Non-revenue generating tasks are tasks that are important but don’t directly bring in money. For example, social media scheduling, podcast editing, organizing your inbox.

Non-revenue generating tasks are things that you can outsource so you can spend more time and devote more focus to the Revenue generating tasks that you love to do!
