Deberiamos cambiar la forma en que entendemos la inflamacion ya que esta es la reacción del cuerpo para defenderse de infecciones, lesiones o irritaciones. Puede ser aguda (corta duración) o crónica (persistente por meses o años).
Que quiero decir con esto, es que la inflamacion es parte del Sistema natural de sanacion de nuestro cuerpo, nuestro Sistema necesita el proceso de inflamacion para activar sus defensas, solo se transforma en un problema cuando se convierte en un problema cronico.
El cual muchas veces es causado por nosotros mismos y nuestra desinformacion, en estudios resientes en la Universidad MC Gill se realizo un studio completo usando diferentes metodos, primero estudiaron a pacientes con dolores en la parte baja de la espalda y dolores faciales, despues de un analisis en su Sistema inmunologico cellular pudieron comprovar que pacientes tratados con tratamientos no invacivos osea sin medicina tradicional volvieron a la normalidad en cosa de dias, y los pacientes que tubieron administracion de medicamentos como ibuprofeno o esteroides despues de un periodo de tiempo desarrollaron dolores cronicos.
