Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes

The Ultimate Fusion of Classic American Comfort and Italian Flavors

Ingredients:

For the Sloppy Joes:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1 teaspoon garlic powder*
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 hamburger buns
For Serving:
Additional shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional pizza sauce
Sliced pepperoni
Directions:

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Add Flavors: Stir in the pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Combine: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Assemble the Sloppy Joes: Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the hamburger buns. Top with additional mozzarella, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a few slices of pepperoni. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes

Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Soup 💛 ❤️ A delicious recipe you don't wanna miss 😋
You’ll Need :
°5 yellow-fleshed potatoes (about 2.2 lbs/1 kg), peeled and diced
°1 onion cut into cubes
°1 celery stalk, cut into cubes
°1 grated carrot
°2 cups (500 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
°1 cup (500 ml) water
°1 bay leaf
°Salt and pear to taste
°1 c. (15 ml) all-purpose flour
°1 cup (250 ml) milk
°1/3 cup (80 ml) plain yogurt
°1 c. (15 ml) chopped chives
°1 cup (250 ml) grated Canadian cheddar cheese
°1 cup (250 ml) diced black pork

Preparation :
In a 20- to 26-cup (5 to 6.5 L) slow cooker, combine potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, broth, water, bay leaf, ½ teaspoon. (2 ml) salt and 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) pepper. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the bay leaf and dispose of it. Mash the potatoes well using a potato masher. Stir the flour with the milk and pour it into the slow cooker. Cover and cook over high heat for 15 minutes or until mixture boils around the edges.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the chives.
Stir in Canadian cheddar cheese and ham. Ladle soup into bowls and add yoghurt to it.

Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE CROCK POT LEMON GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN
Making this ASAP
6-8 boneless chicken thighs, skinless or with skin
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, or Cayenne (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 garlic cloves, sliced or minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 stick butter, diced
Zest of half a lemon
Juice of one lemon
1/3 cup chicken stock
Chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. To make this crockpot chicken recipe: Place chicken thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker. Combine 1/3 cup chicken stock, lemon juice, and zest, and pour over chicken thighs. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red chili pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken thighs. Top with fresh minced garlic and diced butter.
2. Cover the crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
3. Garnish your crockpot chicken dinner with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon slices. Serve hot with cauliflower rice, spiralized zucchini noodles, rice, pasta or quinoa.

Italian Meatloaf 😋😋
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground mild Italian sausage
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 C. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 egg, beaten
3/4 C. Italian bread crumbs
2 slices white bread, crumbled
1 T. milk
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, reserve 3/4 C. for topping
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 C. marinara sauce, plus 1/2 -3/4 C. more for topping
Instructions
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over med. high heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat.
In a large bowl, add the meats, onion and peppers along with all remaining ingredients reserving 3/4 C. mozzarella cheese for topping.
Now, dive in there with the best tools God gave you, your hands and combine everything really good. Once it has all come together, place and mold the mixture in a baking dish of your choice. I used my oval Portuguese stoneware for ours.
Spoon 1/2 to 3/4 C. of the marinara sauce on top and spread around. Place in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle a little dry basil over the top.
Return to the oven for 10 more minutes. Make sure the meat is not pink before serving, baking time will vary depending on the thickness of your loaf.

Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
3 stick real butter
3 c flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
walnut pieces i use.. up to you.
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Heat oven 375..In large bowl mix butter and both sugars till they are creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat till light and fluffy.

Mix flour ,salt and baking soda. Then gradually add flour mixture.

Then add chips and nuts. I use a small cookie scoop.Cook 8- to ten minutes. untill lightly brown.

Butterscotch Cake with Caramel Icing
Ingredients :
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Buttermilk
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour (or line with parchment) two 9″ or three 6″ round pans.
Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium until fluffy. Add vanilla, then add eggs one at a time, beating on low just until they are mixed in.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Starting with the flour mixture, add the flour and the buttermilk (alternating one then the other) into the sugar/egg mixture on low speed. When everything is mixed in, scrape down the bowl by hand.
Pour batter into the pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool before frosting.
Caramel Icing:
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 Cup butter (plus 2 tablespoons for later)
1/4 Cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a small saucepan, mix together all ingredients except the vanilla and the extra 2 Tablespoons of butter. Heat over medium and bring to a boil. Stirring frequently to prevent burning, let the mixture boil for a good one minute. (I actually use a candy thermometer and let it reach 238 degrees, but if you don’t have one, just make sure you boil it for a good solid minute). Butterscotch Cake Caramel Icing
Take off the fire and add in the vanilla and the 2 Tablespoons butter. Cool the mixture, occasionally giving it a vigorous stir, until it is still warm (but not HOT) and has thickened enough to spread. Spread it over the cake, moving fairly quickly because it will set as it cools. It will be a thin coating, not a thick layer. Let it set completely before cutting into the cake.

BEST SOUTHERN PIE EVER
Ingredients:
½ cup of buttermilk.
1 ¾ cups of sugar.
2 large eggs.
3 tbsps of flour.
A pinch of salt.
1 stick of butter.
1 tsp of vanilla.
Method:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until blended then pour the mixture in an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.
Sprinkle the top with some nutmeg then bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 400 degrees. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Let set and cool completely before serving.
Simple, easy and yummy! There’s no one who can resist the goodness of this pie. It’s like magic. You should really give it a try, you won’t regret it.

Ginger Garlic Chicken Ramen

The sky's the limit for this aromatic ramen. Stir in mushrooms, greens, and chicken for an extra bite of flavor.

INGREDIENTS

8 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, halved lengthwise
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1 (3.5-ounce) package shiitake mushrooms, halved
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
3 (3-ounce) packages dried ramen, seasoning packs discarded
4 baby bok choy, separated into leaves
2 c. snow peas
3 scallions, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Combine stock, chicken, ginger, and garlic in a large pot or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil and simmer, covered, until mushrooms are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.

Add noodles to pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until beginning to soften, 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in chicken, bok choy, and snow peas. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in scallions just before serving.
