Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes

The Ultimate Fusion of Classic American Comfort and Italian Flavors

Ingredients:

For the Sloppy Joes:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1 teaspoon garlic powder*
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 hamburger buns
For Serving:
Additional shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional pizza sauce
Sliced pepperoni
Directions:

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Add Flavors: Stir in the pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Combine: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Assemble the Sloppy Joes: Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the hamburger buns. Top with additional mozzarella, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a few slices of pepperoni. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Soup 💛 ❤️ A delicious recipe you don't wanna miss 😋
You’ll Need :
°5 yellow-fleshed potatoes (about 2.2 lbs/1 kg), peeled and diced
°1 onion cut into cubes
°1 celery stalk, cut into cubes
°1 grated carrot
°2 cups (500 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
°1 cup (500 ml) water
°1 bay leaf
°Salt and pear to taste
°1 c. (15 ml) all-purpose flour
°1 cup (250 ml) milk
°1/3 cup (80 ml) plain yogurt
°1 c. (15 ml) chopped chives
°1 cup (250 ml) grated Canadian cheddar cheese
°1 cup (250 ml) diced black pork

Preparation :
In a 20- to 26-cup (5 to 6.5 L) slow cooker, combine potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, broth, water, bay leaf, ½ teaspoon. (2 ml) salt and 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) pepper. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the bay leaf and dispose of it. Mash the potatoes well using a potato masher. Stir the flour with the milk and pour it into the slow cooker. Cover and cook over high heat for 15 minutes or until mixture boils around the edges.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the chives.
Stir in Canadian cheddar cheese and ham. Ladle soup into bowls and add yoghurt to it.

Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE CROCK POT LEMON GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN
Making this ASAP
6-8 boneless chicken thighs, skinless or with skin
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, or Cayenne (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 garlic cloves, sliced or minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 stick butter, diced
Zest of half a lemon
Juice of one lemon
1/3 cup chicken stock
Chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. To make this crockpot chicken recipe: Place chicken thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker. Combine 1/3 cup chicken stock, lemon juice, and zest, and pour over chicken thighs. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red chili pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken thighs. Top with fresh minced garlic and diced butter.
2. Cover the crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
3. Garnish your crockpot chicken dinner with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon slices. Serve hot with cauliflower rice, spiralized zucchini noodles, rice, pasta or quinoa.
