One of the reasons I got an AF was to have healthier meals and snacks. I love a crunchy snack but hate all the empty calories and fat. I tried Roasted Chickpeas and am thrilled with the results! - updated: here is the recipe I followed: Drain 1 can of Chickpeas (no need to rinse) - put in bottom of basket in a single layer and put temp at 390 for 17 mins. Heat with nothing on them for 2 mins to dry them off. Spritz with oil (I used an olive oil spray and did a very light spray) - return to cooking and then at 5 minutes shake - then cook for another 5 mins and shake. For the last 2 mins that’s when you add your seasoning of choice (I used 1 tbs of ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper) - back in the AF for the last 2 mins. Lay out on a plate to cool. Can use more seasoning when you take them out. I saw Cajun, Cinnamon Sugar, Chili Seasoned - you could do practically anything that’s powdery. Hope you enjoy!

Omg, 1st time trying air fried roast beef, I wanted it mooing. Absolutely mealt in the mouth 😋.Preheat air fryer for 5 mins on 200c, pat dry beef and season, 5mins at 200c to get a beautiful colour on outside the 15mins per lb at 180c. Final internal temp 53.5cAbsolute winner 🏆

can’t find the original post now but the lady who recommended soft boiled eggs for 7 minutes on air fry at 180 degrees was spot on!!! I have had two eggs for the past four days and every time absolutely perfect - life changing if you like soft boiled eggs and definitely not a fluke as perfect each time! Thank you to whoever recommended this!

Butterfinger Balls

Ingredients:
1 (16-oz) box powdered sugar
2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
5 (1.9-oz) Butterfinger bars, crushed
1¼ cups butter, melted
1½ cups crunchy peanut butter
1 (24-oz) package chocolate almond bark or preferred chocolate candy coating
Instructions:
Mix powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, crushed Butterfinger bits, melted butter, and peanut butter until combined.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate coating, dip each ball, and place on parchment paper.
Allow chocolate to set before serving.

Frozen Candy Grapes with Jello
Ingredients:
• 1 lb grapes
• 1 box raspberry jello
• 1 box berry blue jello
• 1 box orange jello
• 1 box lime jello
• 1 box lemon jello
• 1 box grape jello
Instructions:
1. Remove the grapes from the stem and wash them thoroughly in a colander.
2. Pour one cup of water into a small dish.
3. Empty each jello flavor into separate small dishes or onto paper plates.
4. Take a grape and place it on the end of a toothpick.
5. Dip the grape in water, then roll it in one of the jello powders.
6. Place the coated grape on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, organizing them by flavor.
7. Freeze the grapes for at least an hour, or until they are completely frozen.
Timing:
• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Chill Time: 1 hour
• Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients:
FOR THE CRUST:
14.3 ounce (405 g) package of regular Oreos, 36 oreos total
6 tablespoons (84 g) butter, melted
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
12 ounces (340 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
8 ounces (227 g) Cool Whip
FOR THE CHOCOLATE PUDDING LAYER:
7.8 ounces (221 g) chocolate instant pudding mix, this is two individual packs of 3.9 ounces each
3 ¼ cups (769 ml) milk
FOR THE TOPPING:
8 ounces (227 g) Cool Whip
½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips, or chocolate shavings

Instructions:

Add Oreos to a food processor and pulse until they form a fine crumb mixture. Add in the melted butter and pulse until the mixture comes together.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish, until the flat bottom of a measuring cup or drinking glass to flatten into an even layer.
To make the cream cheese layer, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined and pour on top of the crust, smoothing into an even layer.
To make the pudding mixture, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. TIP: If the pudding mix looks clumpy, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth (10 seconds).
Spread the pudding mixture evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until the pudding is set. Then, top with the remaining layer of Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to set completely before slicing and serving.
