OpenAI GPT-4 is about to be released. It's multimodal, which means if Google isn't worried then it should start right now. Microsoft confirmed that GPT-4 is coming within a week of March 9, 2023 and that it will be multimodal. Multimodal AI means that it will be able to operate within multiple kinds of input, like video, images and sound.

TikTok announced a one-hour daily limit for users under 18, but authorities in China have pushed the domestic version, , much further.

On March 1, announced that it’s setting a 60-minute default time limit per day for users under 18. Those under 13 would need a code entered by their parents to have an additional 30 minutes, while those between 13 and 18 can make that decision for themselves.
