Surf El SAlvador
Set after set after set... and no one there to surf it!
I did my best and surfed as many waves as I could, but they just kept coming...
That's one of the reasons, why I keep going back to El Salvador. Only the good and/or famous waves are crowded. The "bad" ones, like this one, are often overlooked and empty!

Surfing the Dominican Republic
The Wave Bristol
40 surfable waves in 2 minutes! (20left and 20 right) and then a two minute set break before it all starts over again...
I wouldn't mind an hour or two in that pool today...
The Wave: Bristol
First try foiling
If I'm not allowed to go where the waves are, I have to find alternatives...
Thanks Salee Surf
And yes, it is much harder than it looks. But that's where the fun is, right?
Empty perfection
Ro, ro, roll you wave
gently in from sea
merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily
life is but a dream...
As seen from our terrace ;)
Scheidegg
Foggy Christmas in Switzerland.
True, it's grey, cold, and no waves around. But with endless possibilities like this surrounding us, I guess we can't complain.
All we have to do is, to move our lazy, hang-over, pigged out bellies out of bed, and enjoy the world.
Lagundri Bay
Small day in paradise...
But the next wave is always coming, and so is the next swell!
Balangan, Set of the day
It happened to us before, and it will happen again...
Everyone is sitting almost on top of each other, waiting for waves. And then...the set of the day is coming, and we have to sprint for the horizon, instead of turning around and taking the wave of the day.
At least one unknown guy was lucky and got one of the best barrels I've ever seen in Balangan.
Batu Karas
After the long trip from Krui, we made it to Batu Karas in Java.
It's a longboarder's paradise... well... a paradise.
This is what it looks all day long: Wave after wave after wave...
They are small but fun on a big enough board.
Not your typical Indonesian-style wave, but beautiful nevertheless
