Today we celebrated Maddie’s pending graduation. We’re so proud of her accomplishments and can’t wait to see what she does at Appalachian State University. Chris made some amazing cakes for the occasion and he outdid himself.

Today we had our monthly Pride Collective meeting at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church and in honor or Pride month, Chris made cupcakes with a gorgeous Pride icing. They tasted as good as they look!

Something wonderful happened during our time in Mexico. On May 22nd, Tyler arranged for a special dinner in front of the beach and it didn't take him long before he got emotional and asked Chris to marry him. Without hesitation, Chris said yes. So, we're engaged! We're so excited and wanted to wait until we got back and told our families before we told everyone else. We can't wait to embark on this new chapter in our relationship and we're excited to share the journey with you!

WE’RE BACK! We just got back in Asheville after a wonderful week in Cancun, Mexico. The weather was gorgeous, the food was addicting and company was always wonderful. More pics to come!

Happy ! Around this time last year, we were up in Boone, NC to celebrate Tyler’s graduation from Appalachian State University with his Ed.S. Wow, how fast time has flown by since then!
