May marks the start of Coeliac Awareness month and we’re all supporting and their aim to find the five hundred thousand+ people living with undiagnosed Coeliac Disease in the U.K. 🧡

Having lived with undiagnosed Coeliac Disease for so many years, I know how important this cause is!

I’m no expert either, BUT.. I really struggled when I was younger going round peoples houses and having their parents explain to me why I’d be okay with certain foods because their ‘friends daughter’ or ‘colleagues son’ has coeliac disease and they are therefore experts. ..Even the experts don’t seem like experts sometimes🫣🤣

It’s unlikely you know my dietary requirements better than I do, Christine.

💥 CHAOS !💥 & a mess lol

But I love it! 🥰💅

Yesterday was such a busy day packing orders, un-packing packaging (yes literally),
designing, making and creating. And guess what? 🫣 Snack pouches SOLD OUT again!!!

Luckily I’ve managed to re-stock them this afternoon who those who missed them, so I guess this is your notice!🤣

Thanks so much for keeping me busy!! 🐝
