Coming from a family of musicians, music came as naturally as talking or walking. I like to think that I create music without boundaries. Music that transcends from my keyboard directly into someone’s heart. Music that breaks barriers and moves beyond genres to seamlessly harmonise different cultures into one solid piece of art – and something I am proud to put my name on. I have performed on vari
ous platforms in the country, and in different arenas all around Africa. I have shared the stage with local and international artists, like Sunidhi Chauhan, Mika Singh, various Zee Stars, SaReGaMaPa Winners etc. And not a day goes by, when music and it’s innovation doesn’t go through my head. How can I better myself? What can I bring that’s different? How do I learn that? I have never confined myself, in any aspect of my life. So why start at music? For this reason, anyone who has shared the stage (or studio space) with me knows that my style is literally “everything”. I love mixing different methods, styles and genres to created music that’s my own. I love working on ghazals, qawalis, bhajans and golden oldies just as much as l love working on western, jazz, rock, jingles and even ramp music for the Miss India SA participants.
