3 MILE MID DAY RUN: slowly getting back into running, but we are getting there! โจ 2023 was the year i fell in love with running, and the year i was training for my first ever half marathon. unfortunately, i had an IT band injury which made me had to cancel my race. i took close to 3 months off from running and slowly getting back into the swing of things. i hope to run a race this year, we shall see! ๐๐ผ๐โจ #running #beginnerrunner #75hard #middayrun #runnergirl
LAZY GIRL SERIES: chocolate chip banana bread baked oatmeal! (yes, its as good as it sounds ๐คค๐) recipe by: Callascleaneats on instagram, but added a little โspiceโ to mine ๐คช RECIPE: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 banana 1 egg 1/4 cup milk of choice Pinch of salt dash of cinnamon 1 tsp banana extract 1/4 tsp baking soda Chocolate chips Optional - 1 tbs sweeter (i chose honey) Directions 1) add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined 2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish 3) top with chocolate chips 4) bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
