Tried a new workout sample today - improves, mobility, balance and so much more. I was left dripping with sweat after just 20 minutes, but I really enjoyed it even though I must have fallen over loads but giggled and went on to try again. Working out is something that should challenge you but also make you feel good. ❤️ I hope you found 20-30 mins of some self love for yourself today 🫶 if you did - drop what you did in the comments 😊
