We provide ear wax removal using microsuction. Microsuction is the process of removing wax from your ears by using a small suction tube and probe to gently remove any excess wax in the ear canal.

The technology we use allows digital images of the ear canal to be securely sent to relevant clinicians such as your GP. If required, we can liaise with audiology and ENT specialists at Tympa Health to review complex cases.

What to expect at your appointment:
* A conversation about difficulties you may have with your ears
* Otoscopy: high definition imaging to check the health of the outer ear.
* Removal of wax build-up using low level suction (microsuction).
* We can show you before and after images of your ear.
* Hearing screen check (if required).

A ‘medical’ pedicure is different to a salon pedicure in that it is performed by a specialist in foot care. We therefore start your treatment by looking at the health of your feet.

Wax treatment for heavenly feet!!!!
This 50 minute luxury treatment increases blood flow, relaxes tired and painful muscles and joints, whilst also softening the skin. It is particularly beneficial for a number of pain and circulatory conditions such as; chilblains, arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. During the treatment your feet are cleaned with warm towels, given a full exfoliation and an oil massage. Then warm wax is applied to your feet and they are covered with heated booties to release the benefits of the wax. Following this, a further cream massage is provided.

*International Day of the Icelandic Horse*

For over 1,000 years, the Icelandic horse has been purebred in Iceland. Considered a symbol of fertility, the horse played a pivotal role in Norse culture and history. These incredible beasts have something quite mythical about their souls. In their native country, they have few diseases; Icelandic law prevents horses from being imported into the country and exported. If they leave, they can never return.

Thanks to a friend, I get to see these incredible majestic beings.....so amazing to cwtch too! 🥰

Youth club done and dusted for another week!
I started a youth provision a few back due to the fact there was nowhere for youngsters to go straight after school. Young people in rural locations often get overlooked and since 2022, we have managed to obtain various pots of funding for the provision. We strive to offer services, life skills, a quiet place for homework and courses to the next generation in the village. Friendships are formed and lives are enriched. Shout out to The Zone!!!!
