My husband has turned me from a Filipino Goddess to a Greek House wife. I dont care If this sounds stupid, but this is true.

I have literally devoted my whole life to him.

And have not asked anything in return. I gave it to him out of pure love and to serve my family.

NOW, he hasn’t held my hand as we walked around Athens and it’s been 3 weeks now. 

He hasn’t helped me cross the road…in busy Athens full of cars everywhere to keep me safe. Sure I can look after myself..

Hes in big s**t. He is in a lot of pain at home.

As the bitch is here. Not the wife he’s used to.

Him: where is the panadol as he has a headache

Me: How should I know.
Him: huh?

Me. HOW SHOULD I F KNOW?!!!!!
Him: whats wrong with you? I hate sharing space with him so i just leave.

Him: Whats for lunch?

Me: no answer.

Him. Babe?

Me: IDGAF

Him: Whats wrong with you??

We went out today and the same.

He has no idea what hes doing wrong.

(I am holding my sons hand)

Him: whats up with you these days.

Me. When we go to the Philippines, you’re on your own too.

Him: Huh???

He wont get his wife back anymore.

He needs to hire a maid at home. Cos I ain’t touching s**t at home anymore.

(We went to Mykonos and Santorini and I actually forgot I was upset but when we came back to Athens I remembered. )

Our son: BABa, MUM IS UPSET, You better figure out what youre doing wrong.

Him: I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING WRONG!!!!

He can eat off from the floor now.

Athens has all my favourite stuff.

They have dragon fruit too.

Now my hands smell nice 😃😍💙🇬🇷

We have similar stuff in Sydney but I didnt see gardenia before…

My son wanted spaghetti with meatballs so here we are..

I really like Athens as they have all my favourite food here. Lemon cola. Lemon this and lemon that. I love lemon…

Im drooling at the shops.so yum

The desserts too… so good 🥰🥰

Greeks are really friendly. I wish I can live here really. Not Athens but Paros, 2 stops from Santorini .

Maybe one day…

I saw this ice tea powder in Athens where you add it to 1.5L of water.
We don’t have that in Sydney so we’re very excited lol

Lucky me OH (other half) put some cold water last night in the fridge of a total 1.5L

I told my husband to find me a gym in Athens but realised the whole place is a gym.

This is just one of the Roads there.

It’s literally a 45 degrees angle.

I’m so used to it now, it doesn’t even hurt anymore.

We just picked up a delivery. They send it to these boxes and we get emailed a code to open it.

My son found a way to go shopping online here.

I owe myself an apology
For all of the times

The permission to start anew.

To forgive myself

That weren’t mine to fight
For all of the love
That I failed to give myself

And for the times when I failed to realise
That rather than being broken
I was worthy of value, respect
And beautiful, brilliant things in life
And that how I treated myself
Dictated how others would view me
And in turn, behave towards me
So by showering myself
With love, kindness, forgiveness and respect
In turn, I could pave the way
For others to do the same.
