Soooo the household is as sick as a dog so in my slow cooker on low all day .

8 Lemons halved and quick squeeze
1/2 ginger root roughly chopped
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Fill with water

Leave all day and help yourself as you die on the couch lol.

Baked zucchini chips 🥰
2 zucchini
Seasonings of your choice

Salt to taste

1 1/2 tsp olive oil

In a mixing bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and other desired seasoning. Do not over salt- a little goes a long way. Arrange in a single layer on a baking rack. Preheat oven 225° and Bake for about one hour & fifteen minutes before turning the baking sheet and let continue for another hour and fifteen minutes. Let cool with the heat off in the oven and the chips will continue to crisp up. Serve once cool with dip or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days!

PSA: DAIRY AND SEA MOSS DON’T MIX.

Don’t shoot the messenger. We’re just trying to help 🫣

Helpful tip: Sea moss is known for expelling mucus from the body. But dairy puts it right back in. You do the math. If you want to experience better effects from sea moss, eliminate or at the very least reduce your amount of dairy intake. You won’t regret it
