Setting Goals is essential to the growth and success of your business, and creating a clear plan to get you to that goal is imperative. Some things will work ,some won't but creating a methodology and using a project management system to help you track your progress and manage clients and your team is what helps you measure what works and what doesn't. I always have a love hate relationship with software but this software is a great tool to help you keep on top of all the things for your business. Are there any platforms that you love?
