Essential dates for everyone’s diaries. As well as the main event in Aberystwyth there will be a virtual event again this year!

Get those diaries out! As we’ve already announced, this year’s Abertoir takes place 14-19 November at Aberystwyth Arts Centre. Well, we’ve got a few more key dates for you:

Festival passes will go on sale MONDAY, 25th SEPTEMBER and we’re pleased to announce that we’ve frozen the pass price again this year, meaning you get the full 6 days of the festival for only £60. We can’t control many other costs, but we’re determined to do what we can to soften the blow!

Passes will be available to buy by phone or in-person from Aberystwyth Arts Centre. We’ll share full details and FAQs slightly nearer the time!

Leading up to passes going on sale we’ll be announcing a mammoth first wave of programming on WEDNESDAY, 13th SEPTEMBER and our Short Film Selection on MONDAY, 18th SEPTEMBER.

We’re also pleased to confirm that those of you who can’t make the trip to Aberystwyth can still taste the blood of Abertoir and enjoy some choice cuts from the festival ONLINE via Eventive on SATURDAY 25th & SUNDAY 26th NOVEMBER. Details will follow in early October!

TL;DR - festival passes go on sale 25th September and YES, Abertoir will be online again, 25th & 26th November!
