My Background and Ambitions

Hello I am Joseph A. Camerieri and new to producing, actually new meaning I worked in Hollywood as production assistant for huge studios and learn so much from just being at a writer’s studio. I studied acting for one year and received my SAG-AFTRA card its’now called. I studied acting only to be a better director, I worked for Stephen J. Cannell Studios in which he produced The Rockford Files, The A-Team Wiseguy, Hunter, 21 Jumpstreet, and The Commish, Renegade, and Silk Stalkings, and The Greatest American Hero.

I will finish my first feature film soon, based on my unfinished short film “One Of Many”, I studied at UCLA night classes for directing, acting, Cinematography, I dropped out of writing classes because I worked at a writer’s studio and read scripts almost daily. eventually I read a tons of books on screenplay writing and have joined Masterclass webinar programs.

I studied a ton on film business and networked with a lot of people and overshadowed directors in editing bays , i.e. Rob Bowman of The X-Files, he taught timing of when to cut.

I executive produced my first client’s single release song “What Have I Done” which garnered my client a “Best Songwriter” nomination at the prestigious International Christian Film an Music Festival 2019 and will be going into the studio to finish an EP
