You see when it comes to coaching and mentor programs, the lower the package, the less personalization it needs to have in order for it to actually work as a business model for the coach or mentor themselves.

And what typically ends up happening is that coaches and mentors get themselves so busy

and confused by continuously offering appetizer / bite-size programs,

which are not sustainable in the long run for a solid business model and that can be crazy making if you let it.

What makes me an expert in the coaching and mentor field?

I've been a Business Mentor and Advisor to celebrities and Fortune 500 companies for over 2 decades and I'm also a professor of marketing and business development… .

Celebrity to me is a business term, it's not an ego term.

All it means is that a lot of people know about your business, but what you really need to have is the right people knowing about your business in a certain way so that they know to take the steps on your client journey to work with you.

This is about helping you create clients and customers in your business and that is much easier to do when you are cultivating a brand experience for your clients rather than just constantly pitching them all the time, but rather, providing value for Your audience in the form of content with the purpose of creating conversions.

Most people have this backward.

A lot of people know how to get attention or a lot of likes or comments on their posts, but when it comes to conversions, they need help because they're not converting all of those interactions into actual clients or customers.

A personal brand is anything and everything that represents you as a person or you as a professional. It's not just about a logo or website or business cards or colors that you wear, it's anything and everything that represents you and in this day and age, people pay attention to people with missions and global movements more than they pay attention to people just trying to sell them things.

It's a balance though right?

Because if you're only doing content marketing without leading clients to make a purchase decision, you won't generate sales.

On the other hand, if All you're doing is constantly pitching people, then you're not cultivating indoctrination to your methodologies and concepts or relationship building.

So what's the answer?

How Should You Get Clients For Your Coaching or Mentor business? 🚀

Well that depends on you.

It depends on what you want for your life,

It depends on how you want to build your business,

what you want for your family,

what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are.

what gives you energy and lights your fire and makes you excited and passionate

and also defining what those things are that dampens your fire, that makes you feel like your bicycling uphill and taking care to mitigate those things that drain your energy while encouraging those things that give you energy,

but there's no one cookie cutter formula that works for everyone when it comes to this and this is why so many coaches and mentors are failed by the internet marketing guru model of business trainers because the model itself is based on cookie cutter solutions for businesses and when it comes to growing a lasting Mentor Empire and joining the business big leagues, there are no cookie cutter solutions.

I don't consider myself just an internet marketing guru because my background is as an advertising agency executive for over 25 years in a professor of marketing for over 20 years as well as a executive event producer with creating 6 figure thought leader conferences in 2004.

I Decided To Become A Business WARRIOR 🔥

"I don't know how I'm going to go on from here", I said after looking at my $7.28 bank account balance.

The year was 2012. I had been an entrepreneur for about 15 years at that point and I got really good at having so many moving pieces in my business that one day as I was talking to a friend of mine, I told her about how.....

I really did not know how I was going to go forward from there.

Because I had a house payment to make and a child to provide for as a single mom and I didn't know what to do next in my business.

Anyone who's been in business for any amount of time knows that depending on the climate, the industry and your development cycles, income can fluctuate.

And as any entrepreneur knows, if you're having financial issues in your business, it affects your whole life, compartmentalizing that is really hard and can almost become impossible because it affects literally everything in your life.

What got me to that point?

Two words. Playing small.

Me, playing small??

I know, right! I don't really come off that way but, back then, I was at a pivotal point in my business.

I had been teaching for several years at the Learning Annex and created, hosted and produced the wildly successful "Meet The Psychics, Meet The Healers" conferences Plus taught publicity and marketing classes there as well and that had been my major source of income as well as one-on-one consulting that I was doing with celebrities and Fortune 500 company since 1997. This was a major source of mentoring clients for me and then one day they decided to close because other people's classes were not as profitable as mine and when The Learning Annex closed, that source of leads disappeared overnight.

That year, I was also in the midst of a million dollar record deal for my solo music project.

I was working with a phenomenal team that helped me to make decisions that were so hard to make about walking away from that million dollar recording contract.

My music team consists of business advisors who have been right-hand advisors and instrumental in building some of the biggest music brands on the planet including Prince, Jessica Simpson, Adele and The Beatles.

And if you don't know as much about record deals and how they work, that wasn't going to be a million dollars coming to me, that was going to be a million dollars invested into my project.

But alas, it was a contract that was not in my best interest so I had the courage to walk away to go forward in my life and create a business that was going to help provide for me the funding to start my own record label so that I could launch my own music project without all of the creative constraints and control that that record label wanted to have.

But I had a decision to make.

How do I go forward? How do I go forward in my mentor business knowing that my major source of leads, The Learning Annex, just disappeared overnight?

Because my thought-leader/teacher/mentor business was actually helping me at that time step back from my marketing consulting business which didn't have time leverage built in and as a busy single mom, I didn't have a lot of time to waste.

So how did I grab the reins back from the craziness that I feel all around me? I decided it's time to stop playing small. I had realized that my own fear of not being perfect was truly holding me back from just launching a business training institute that would help me

I decided to become a business WARRIOR.🔥

I am a Viking by heritage, a shamanic fire priestess having hosted large-scale shamanic fire ceremonies at events, ceremonies and concerts for over two decades, I grew up in the competitive dance world and became a fire dancer in 1999. I have always been a spiritual warrior as a shaman and on that day, I decided to become a business warrior.

Because sometimes you need to remove that darkness from your life by looking it square in the face and proclaiming "I AM a Business Warrior and I refuse to be food for the low vibrational energy out there that tries to make people feel sad, feel horrible, feel lost, feel alone. I refuse the low vibe energy!"

And that's when I truly learned that one's business follows the he energetic flows of your personal life, whether you want it to or not. And with that symbiotic relationship that your business has with your personal life, it allows you to use your business as a tool for personal transformation.

And in fact, when you are a mentor or any kind of entrepreneur who has an intellectual property (IP) business, you are so intimately connected to your business, that if you are psychologically not ready for your next steps in business or if you have evolved over a period of time and no longer enjoy working with the clientele that you previously identified as your target audience, you will self-sabotage because of that intimate connection that you emotionally have with your business, whether you like it or not.

This was around the time that I really truly realized that it was important for me to open my own business training institute (I had previously taught as a professor of marketing at other people's colleges) and branch beyond being only The Professional Angel out in the world as a thought leader because for the previous 15 years, my work as a celebrity branding and global business growth specialist was mostly behind the scenes and it was my work as The Professional Angel and founder of Oshune Reiki, as well as my music, that was in front of the scenes and out in the world as thought-leadership and musicianship.

But, I had evolved and I found that teaching and mentoring other mentors and thought leaders and entrepreneurs was something that has always been so natural to me and I wanted to move into more of that space because I found the personal development industry something for me that I either needed to keep in smaller doses or direct it towards personal development in its relationship to entrepreneurship and specifically in its relationship to being a celebrity, creating a celebrity style personal brand or being a thought leader out in the world.

I know, I know, this is such a highly specified ultra niche and I am the only one that does it in the UNIVERSE (nod to my destiny client attraction statement) and even if anybody else does little portions of something that might be a little similar to mine, frankly, I am the only one with my combination of experiences and knowledge set that can help my clients in the very specific ways that I help them, and it took me years to really figure out how to define it and it took a lot of me subconsciously holding myself back from shining as a thought leader out in the world because I had perfectionism that I needed to overcome.

♟️And when I realized that I didn't have to wait until things were perfect to launch my business institute.

♟️When I realized that I didn't have to wait for all of the pieces of my Star Power Bootcamp (that teaches people how to become celebrities) to be in place before launching it, that I could build the brand, market it, get people enrolled and then create the program… .

♟️When I realized that awakening my inner star power wasn't about something external, but rather about feeling congruent within myself and within how I express myself through my business as well as help my clients express themselves in their business… ..

♟️When I realized that the only thing that was holding me back from really having the business that I desired was that I wasn't treating myself like my own client, and I needed to.

♟️I went from selling $27 online products to 200K plus masterminds. It didn't happen overnight, but I blazed that trail, learned the right way and the hard way to do it and almost burned out in the process again, but finally made it happen.

🦋 Because I have worked with some of the most famous people on the planet. I have been advising 7,8 & 9 figure earners for over 25 years.

Most of them want to work with me and some of them try to copy me.

But I'm OG in the celebrity creation space, having created curriculum and evolutionary psychology based theories and concepts around how to create platforms with powerful positioning out in the world.

I know the celebrity business development space like the back of my hand, inside and out. I know how celebrities may appear to make their money in one area because they might have a lot of fame in it, but they may actually make the bulk of their income in other ways. I know how to create something out of nothing and I have high vibrational intent and refuse to work with people or companies who try to spread fear, negativity or low vibrational energy out into the world because I know what I do is powerful and I refuse to participate in spreading negativity because I am an ethical business developer, brand, marketing and media specialist.

I have recently watched an 8 figure earner, who is brand new to the thought-leadership world, who does not have high-vibrational intent and I've seen this person provide unethical and damaging advice to entrepreneurs by encouraging people to spread negativity through the media in a significant way out in the world to add fuel to already tense situations out in the world.

This is one of the reasons that it is so important to be very careful about who you listen to in terms of business advisement and development because I have also watched this person create dozens of hours of unnecessary filler content to try to teach a few simple concepts that could truly be taught in 20 to 30. And the bulk of what this person teaches is essentially how to take 40 hours a week to do what could be done in about 30-60 minutes if you do it effectively. (I'm a professor and believe that teaching should encompass either theory, strategy, tactics, implementation or management discussions, not filler content that serves no purpose but to waste your time).

This person obviously consumed my content, blatantly copy my words, my concepts and even my training programs concepts and put things out to their audiences in ways that are obviously taken from my work.

But I'm not mad about that, because I know that they know how my genius zone works and they pay attention (and there's a little thing called karma 🧿). In fact, they're probably reading this post right now. Trying to figure out how they can copy me in some way.

But you see they can't.

You know why?

Because I am the only me that there is.

And I come to the table with over 25 years of experience is not only The Celebrity Empire Builder, but also as The Professional Angel.

And I am high-vibe.

And I have a destiny.

And that destiny is to help raise the vibration of the planet through my work and through the work of my clients.

This is not about celebrity for celebrities sake, this is about building a business that gets traction out in the world so that you can provide resources for your family and spread your message of inspiration or hope to the people on the planet and the best kind of traction that you can get out in the world is to have positioning in place to make that happen.

Celebrity is an evolutionary psychology based concept and when you utilize the power of this evolutionary psychology properly, you can move mountains and raise vibrations in a massive way across the world.

In case you haven't seen it out there, there's a spiritual war going on.

And the more that people are able to have personal and professional transformations in their lives and businesses, the more they smile.

Never underestimate the power of a smile because when people smile and it's genuine, it can be like that drop of hope in a glass full of negativity that neutralizes that negativity.

Back in 1997, an average of 1 million people per day viewed the websites that I had created for my clients.

✔️ Come to our In-Person 2 day Empire Builder Retreat (in Las Vegas or other destinations around the world) to experience what it's like to work on creating content and the next steps for your business so that you leave with work actually done and come to a live on-location filming so that we can get the absolute best footage of you for mentor's tank TV while you have a once-in-a-lifetime experience with The other mentors on your mentors team. (most of the filming will be done online so you can be anywhere in the world to participate and will be invited to join us on location at our Empire Builder Retreat at some point during your 12-week experience). Previous retreat attendees rave about the experience that they had coming to the retreat and say it is the best business retreat they've ever been to because it is experiential, rather than sitting around in a stodgy conference room wondering when you're going to have time to implement). (you will learn my 100K+ 8 minute video strategy to include everything you need to to sell over 100k+ in an 8 minute video and have people reaching out to you while making sure to leave out everything that would repel your ideal clients).

✔️ You will learn how to remove tasks from your to do list strategically because in order to be a ultra high-end mentor, you must know what to spend your time on and what not to spend your time on because the reason that most coaches, consultants, experts, authors, speakers and mentors are not seven or eight figure plus earners is because they are wasting their time on the wrong activities that are actually preventing them from having success in their business. This will be likely one of the biggest business mindset shifts you will ever have made in your entire life. This is not cheesy, woo woo, ungrounded, unapplicable mindset nonsense, this is balls to the wall, hardcore, warrior action mindset training so that you know exactly what to focus your time and priorities on and exactly what to say no to. Because if you don't know what to say no to, you'll say yes to everything. And in order to go high level in your business and go to the major leagues of being a mentor in the global sphere, you must know exactly what to say no to and have a plan in place to say no graciously so that you can have time and mental space to be in your genius zone because if you fill your mind with too many things or too many activities, you create a muddy mind and 7 or 8+ figure mentors are not built while having muddy minds, you must have mental clarity and a warrior's fortitude in order to persevere and do the things that will work for you in your business, rather than against you in your business.
