Happy Halloween!

To celebrate the spooky season, S&N Films is pleased to announce that we have three new thrilling short films available in our Online Theater:

This Time Will Be Different
Having been damned for her sins, teenage runaway Wren has managed to claw her way out of Hell. But now she must go on the run once again, staying one step ahead of the demonic Reclaimers bent on dragging her back. As she fights for her soul, Wren clings to the hope that This Time Will Be Different.

Night of the Gryphon
After the vigilante crimefighter The Gryphon begins cleaning up the city streets, the members of his rogues' gallery plot their revenge. When stalwart District Attorney Lorelai Huff finds herself ensnared in the diabolical scheme of dastardly duo 8-Ball Basher and Topsy Turvy, she'll have to summon all of her courage to survive The Night of the Gryphon.

Fever Dream
In the fall of 1918, artist Ethan Thorp manages to complete his latest oil painting, but in the process he unleashes a malevolent force. When a young nurse is hired to care for him, Ethan will turn to her to shepherd him through his nightmarish Fever Dream.

For a limited time, Night of the Gryphon will be FREE to stream!

It is official… the sun is setting for us on physical media in favor of streaming services. Amazon has announced that effective June 4th of this year, they will no longer offer the ‘Media on Demand’ service that we have been using to for DVD fulfillment over the years (formally CreateSpace.com).

So, what does that mean for our films?

1.) If you are interested in owning a copy of our movies on DVD or Blu-Ray, there’s still time but as of June 5th our DVD and Blu-Ray listings will be removed from Amazon.com.

2.) Our short and feature length films will continue to be available for streaming through our online theater (launched in February 2010). No change there.

3.) Selected titles will be available for streaming through Amazon’s Prime streaming service.

In the 2 ½ decades we have been producing and distributing our films, we’ve seen distribution services and models for indie filmmakers come and go. This is just the latest evolution of the marketplace.
