The ongoing attack on women’s health continues. The latest fad are leggings that haas a cancerous chemical in it called PFAS or “forever chemicals”—meaning once it enters your body, you can’t get rid of it!
Just when it’s becoming cool again to workout and be healthy, we’ve seen a boom in workout gear. But what most don’t know is many of the clothing can cause fibroids and even the fourth sign of the zodiac!
This all helps feed the food and drug (fda) and hospital administration who focus on killing you slowly through diet and now, clothing!
Be careful out there! It may look and feel good to wear, but along with watching your diet with these fake foods, you not only have to watch what you eat, you gotta watch what you wear!

3-Day Water Fast, Autophagy, and Speed Rope
Some think when you go on a 3-Day Water Fast you won’t have energy to do any kind of work out. Well, I beg to differ.
As they say, it’s all mental. As my body reaches Autophagy (where all my cells have been replenished and reborn), next to drinking water to flush and cool the digestive system allowing for it to repair and heal, movement is the next best ting!
It really is all mental. Our body will do what we command it to and it will do it efficiently if you harmoniously give the body what it needs to perform as you wish.
Speed rope workouts before hitting the gym—again, while fasting—has me vibrating on an even higher level! Maybe this is what feeling God-like is like!

Have you noticed over the years seeing more and more interracial couples on tv, movies, and commercials? Back in the day we used to call it Jungle Fever. Now, this fever is reaching catastrophic degrees… for some folk.

American Diversity Educator, Jane Elliot believes we will see a climactic change in the human species in the next 10-20 years where white folk will cease to exist due to their skins inability to be in the sun.
For those with less melanin know the Sun (Ra) is the greatest natural deterrent to the survival of their bloodlines.
