🧚🏽🧚🏽Fairy energy..

Today is sunny and it’s perfect for mindful moss foraging to make terrariums.

I had a sudden revelation the other day about this, recalling that I have always been interested in small natural shelters for micro floral and fauna.

It captures my imagination thinking how wonderful it would be if fairies or forest sprites lived in them.

I eventually learned that my fascination was a way for me to work with fairy energy.

How we can utilize their guidance is in the abundance and sustenance of life in micro flora and fauna. They are such crucial organisms in our ecosystem yet are often overlooked and one of the most vulnerable.

Tending to or working with micro floral fauna whether in a terrarium or in nature can assist in grounding, protection, compassion, and abundance.

If you do decide to do it, make sure to only take what you need and leave behind enough to grow back.

And don’t forget to send some Hwj Huaj to the flora fauna before you leave.

Energy healing was something I could never fathom be a part of my healing.

In this stage of my journey, I am learning how to be empowered by the intuition and guidance I’ve received to get to where I am today.

I struggled with trusting my intuition and felt that I always needed to fit in.

Slowly I started carving space for myself through reflection, talking to others who felt similarly and feel confident with the voice I could provide.

One of these experiences, I learned how to reclaim a sense of spirituality by finding words in my mother language that aligned.

In this post, I share one of these stories.
