Salmon Croquette recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
2 Cans Pink Salmon
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 Res Bell Pepper Diced
4 Green Onions Chopped
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Jarlic
2 Tbsp Sumac
Salt and Pepper to Taste
HOW TO MAKE
Mix all ingredients. Make 12 equal size patties and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Put in refrigerator for an hour to make them easier to handle. Add 1/4 cup of olive or avocado oil to a pan and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.

1 chicken carcass
Scrap veggies like onion, celery and carrots
One Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp salt (optional)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp black peppercorns
2 Bay leaves
HOW TO MAKE
Lay chicken bones and veggies out on cookie sheet and spray with olive or avocado oil then roast at 425 for 40 minutes.
Add roasted chicken and veggies to crock pot along with all other ingredients.
Cook on low for 16 hours.

Cherry Margarita (yesterday’s reel)
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Cherry Liquor
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tsp Agave
All ingredients into a shaker then poor over ice and garnish with cherries and lime.

These watermelon margaritas were delish not to mention so much fun to make. #margarita #cooking #recipe #partyideas #dyi INGREDIENTS 1 watermelon 1 cup lime juice 1 cup simple syrup 4 cups tequlia HOW TO MAKE Cut 1/3 inch off the bottom of the watermelon. Be careful to stay within the rind. This will help the watermelon stand up. Cut the top to make a lid. Scoop out all the watermelon pulp and set aside In a blended blender the pulp in batches until all is blended. Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher with a fine mesh strainer. I strained my 4 times. And got about 3 quarts of juice. Mix remaining ingredients together. Follow instructions that came with the spout to attach to watermelon. Mix all ingredients together, pour into watermelon and enjoy!

Garlic Parmesan Green Bean recipe below. #cooking #recipe #easyrecipes #sidedish #greenbeans #veggie INGREDIENTS 1.5 lbs green beans Avocado or Olive oil Wylie’s house seasoning⬇️ (Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt and Pepper) More garlic powder Grated Parmesan Cheese HOW TO MAKE Add 2 tbs oil to fry pan on medium heat Add green beans and Wylie’s House Seasoning (1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper Sauté turning frequently for 5-10 minutes depending on how crunch you like your green beans. Add an additional 1 tsp garlic powder and as much grated parm as you like. Top with toasted almond slices and enjoy!

Full Recipe Below #recipe #cooking #crockpot #chickenbonebroth INGREDIENTS 1 Chicken bone carcass Assorted veggies like carrots, onion, celery, peppers 1 Lb chicken feet Olive oil 1 Tbsp Black Peppercorns 2 Tsp Garlic powder 2 Bay Leaves 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt (optional) 1 Gallon Water (or so) HOW TO MAKE IT Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay chicken bones, feet and veggies on top. Spray with olive oil. Season with Wylie’s Kitchen House Seasoning (salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder. Roast in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Transfer to crockpot and add peppercorns, bay leaves, garlic powder and salt (if using). Add as much water as you can. Cook on low for 16-18 hours. Strain broth in a colander and then at least two@more times with a fine mesh strainer. Store in jars or containers in video. Good for 5 days in fridge or 6 months in freezer.
