Over the last two weeks, we have been going through some dark days.
ㅤ
We have all been feeling intense sadness and grief. We know it is so hard to handle such pain physically and mentally.
ㅤ
The tragedy in Israel highlights how much our community has suffered, and how much our planet still suffers from violence, and how we want to stand for a different world.
ㅤ
We are all unclear how and when we can reset and restart enjoying our time dancing together, smiling and celebrating. But we can take steps.
ㅤ
As a label that is so active in the scene, we want to do what we can to generate some positivity at a time of such darkness.
ㅤ
So, at Matsuri we decided to offer two singles for free to whoever wants to hear some music to recharge or heal their spirit.
ㅤ
1. Prana - Sense of Unity
2. N.Sof - Dark Noir EP
ㅤㅤ
These two fresh singles are available at no cost for a while (the page will invite you to enter a price but you can enter 0 to get it for free).
ㅤ
You can feel free to share with friends who need some joy or a boost of power.

We hope we can move past this dark time before long and come together in celebration again soon.

This is an urgent call ! to the international electronic music industry and the dance community, as well as all our friends worldwide.

Have you seen the videos of the massacre that occurred at the electronic music festival, where 260 people were shot, r***d, and burned on the dance floor, with hundreds more wounded?
There are over 100 people kidnapped—100 members of our community are being tortured, r***d, and murdered at this very moment.
ㅤ
This is not a political issue; it’s a humanitarian issue. Now is the time to take action and raise awareness worldwide to bring back our family and friends safely. We need to bring them back home safely!

All of you who have performed in Israel and received endless love from the Israeli crowd, it’s time to help them!

We need the dance music media to support them. We need people from around the world to apply pressure to bring home those who went to dance at a party and are now suffering in a basement in Gaza.
ㅤ
Now is the time to raise your voice for them. Please use your social media presence to help them bring our friends back safely, and not in body bags.

This is the responsibility of the electronic music community. It’s not political; it’s a matter of basic humanity and care.

To celebrate the approaching 30th anniversary of the legendary project Prana, the three musicians who were part of the group in its two original incarnations - Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Nick Taylor, and Andy Guthrie - have joined forces to create a series of releases, the first of which is this amazing new single.

The first track to be released that features all three members of the group working together - something that never happened even in the 90s - Sense of Unity has all the classic hallmarks of vintage Prana while taking advantage of advances in production and composition. With catchy riffs, uplifting patterns, and lots of momentum, Sense of Unity is bound to become a classic like its predecessors ... and this is just a taste of what is yet to come for the band's 30th anniversary!
